Hmmm...might not be PC to point this out but there is a very large and popular dispensary in Oakland that has a male burn victim with facial scars as a bud tender...so, it's not _only_ hot chicks. There's also random dudes of all ethnicities. It's the service industry, yo. Plus, they figure if you're a standard dude you're going to want to impress the hot chick behind the bar by buying up all that top shelf...just like at a bar. I don't know about ya'll but sometimes, when I'm one toke over the line, or just feeling socially weird I don't want to deal with all the dynamics involved with interacting with a "hot chick" and would must rather deal with a pudgy dude that looks like he plays COD. However, it's usually more rewarding to deal with the hot chick even if I'm not in the mood, LOL.

Thats how they getcha… dispensaries hire either young hotties or hipster douchebags, main reason is cause they pay low and any one looking to make more than $12 an hour is just going to find a better job, but if you're in college or living off mom and dad great job. Of course the store owners are going to hire hotties over say an well educated 15 year veteran of growing and the industry in general… dudes like you will come back to the hottie and the dude with 15 years experience ain't working for $12 he's probably providing some of the meds at said dispensary.

Just so Happens i was busting on a douche from the Cookies Fame and Hempwater 2.0 and asked why do you just have asshole thugs bud tending. He replied i dont need to distract the customer my product are top. Go to (Blank) Club and dont look at the hot chiks and focus on the bud, Their bud looks ok, but the smoke is shit either harvested to early or not cured well. And sure enough the buddy who bought a couple grams, sampled it only to give it all away to a couple homeless sitting just outside the club
