i Have hgrown outdoor the past couple of years but in 07 my herb got taken except one and it was a male. So this winter i am hoping to grow in my garage attic it is about 2.5-3ft tall and i gionna make it small about 27 inches wide and 7 feet deep with doors on each end im thinkin of seperating in the middle for veg room and bud room. my main concern is the weather how should i keep the room at the right temp??

i have 9 bagseeds that have germinated and i just put in potting soil and hores manure
the temps here are in the low 40s at night and high 50s during the day the attic is not insulated
i built a room up there that is as wide as a the rafters are apart 27 in. by 7 feet
i have 100w ligt bulb and 60w to keep it wearm in there and a 13in and a 8in t5 flo

thats a tight space in an area with (IMHO) too much temp fluctuation. I'm assuming its an un-insulated space which will get quite cold. Have you measured winter temps in there?
ifyou're gonna grow in there (and on a budget it seems)...........get a small space heater, a 4'x2' t5 rack (checkout e-conolight.....8 bulb 354w t5 rack for under $120 i believe), a stanley blower, an odorsok, and an indoor/outdoor thermometer with min/max temp memory (about $12-$14 at wallyworld). You'll need to be watching the temps. You might also want to pick up a thermostat to use with the spaceheater.
you'll most likely want to grow in some kind of soil mix in a shallow bed (maybe 6"). the top 6" will be for your t5 light rack. Lets assume that its closer to 3' tall than 2.5' tall. so that means you have 2' of vertical space left for the plants to grow. You'll want the soil bed in a large tray (just make one out of plywood and line it with some pond liner from homedepot or where ever. You might want to try to put that on sliders or something so its easier for you to access all your plants, as you won't be able to get in that space once the plants have started growing as i imagine you can barely get in as it is, unless you have some access point that lets you get at the entire long side.
You'll want to tie down (lst) your plants until you start growing with plants you know are female or else they will just shoot into the lights.

thx for the feed back man ok no it wasnt to much to take in!! But your right this is gonna be hard to get evry thing right especialy when your definatly on a budget so we got to keep that in mind 
Im in luck when it comes to a spce heater just picked one up from a garage sale its a marvin 1500w with a biult in humidifier Does anyone know if the built in humidifier is woth useing. 10$
Im thinking that will heat the whole attic up. because it is not very big. Do you think i should rn some duct to the grow room frowe the heater or not effective???? do you think i could hook up a thermostat of some type (IF so what kind) to turn the heater on and of it says it has a built in therm. to but i doubt it works that well and would not trust it???
i will pick up a therm. from wally 15$
well i dont know what im gonna do about a flowering light and i cant spend $120 on flo now and $150 on hps later to much i mean if i had the extra money i would for sure i know i would make my money back pretty quickly
unless you think i cant make do and i should just bite the bullet and bye the flo now and save and scrimp on other things for the hps. Or are there other options? i hate being on a budget.
