Meh you can have your glass your glass.. I ain't interested in it, each to their own.. Glass sucks.. Give me a Chalice or a bottle and hosepipe anyday over a expensive breakable smoking device...

You perhaps need glass for dab hits but meh.. I hit piles of weed, not girly 0.2g hits of non terpene rich concentrate.. Bamboo makes all the difference...

goof off pro strength ( auto parts store). glass goes from filthy nasty to sparkling clean in just a few minutes with no pre-soak. I use a brush ( dipped in the goof off ) briefly then swirl the small amount of goof off in the bottom of the bong around in the interior of the glassware. sometimes one more brush run. pour out the goof off, rinse. wipe the outside and top of inside parts with paper towel soaked with goof off. done. if I couldn't get the brush in I would use sand.

I started using goof off to clean hands, fingers, utensils after handling my oily iso wax. spray bottle for hands, fingers. just seconds to squeaky.

Goof off is good stuff, no doubt. I def use it for other tasks.

Here's the wife's little bubbler before & after an overnight soak in citrus cleaner solution-

That's the hard to clean double wall bowl. Hadn't been cleaned in at least 2 months. She really doesn't care until it won't draw. The stem was packed with crud. I did half-assed swab out the upper reaches with some acetone on a paper towel.

Similar pot/strainers can be found online pretty reasonable-

Or dirt cheap at yard/ estate sales. I'd encourage anybody who spots one for a coupla bucks to try it out.

The citrus cleaner is $11.47/gal at Home Despot. An inch in the bottom of a spray bottle filled w/ water makes good spray cleaner, too.

I use ether. It cuts the tar and evaps quick. It works great when the screen on my scuff box gets gunked up. I put it over a mirror and blast away. Then the ether evaps and I scrape it up and shmoke it.
