Remind me, how far along in flower are you now?

It might be time to quit watering and think of a chop date. :2cents:

8 weeks about to go into 9 I believe. I think you're right. Maybe this is my plants telling me they're done. Heres a magnified shot of a brown spot I cut off. The trichome heads have some dark specks developing

The top sugar leaves on cola buds tend to turn amber before everything else on plants. Regardless, looking at those very suspect brown spots on them and seeing flower clusters like that on one, coupled with the amber sugar leaf trichomes says these babies are done. Stick a fork in it

So my last stem is about to be cut and hung up to dry.
This was a totally fun experience and I definitely learned a whole lot.
One of the key takeaways is, FUCK CATERPILLARS! I'm going to have to start with the neem oil and/or other types of resistance to egg laying insects much earlier in the plants life. Fuck those guys, I hope there are none in my drying bud. Lol
Another takeaway is that supercropping is the shit, and I'm going to have to start that immediately next time also instead of wait for flowering like I did this time.
Also, I'm definitely going organic super soil next time. Hopefully it will work on my autos in an indoor tent but regardless, the appeal of just using un PH'd water and forgetting the nutrients is too awesome not to try it.

Thank you to all you guys that helped out. I smoked some earlier picked stuff and it was goooooood! Which is crazy to me because there is still a lot of time left to cure and I haven't even tried a ripe bud yet! Will try to post pics of the dried and cured nugs when they're ready.

Hell yeah, nice to hear you enjoyed yourself for the ride. To quote Ed "Medical Eddy" Rosenthal,

Regarding caterpillars, if they are that bad then I would be sure to incorporate some Btk into your ipm program. Like this stuff right here, it's organic too. I wouldn't spray neem past week 2 or so in flower.

I mean they weren't THAT bad.. I pulled like 4 or 5 caterpillars total but they did do some damage.
It was more I was caught by surprise as I didn't know caterpillars were a thing or that they were even harmful. The only pest prevention I used was ladybug releases every 3-4 weeks lol. I was like "How TF did I get caterpillars if my pots are surrounded by cement" Uhh flying insect eggs you doofus! Haha

Growing is freaking addicting and when people that see my bud go, "You grew that OUTDOOR!? Are you sure you didn't buy it???" it makes me feel good like I accomplished something. Now I'm over here asking my friends if they know people with farmland I can use for something
