I was saying I dropped my meter in the res and it definately was not submersible. I ruined it. It said it was submersible but no. My bad

I would definately love to just look up and see the numbers. Even better would to be able to data log. Keep records and see the changes in graph form.

Peace

Check out this crazy piece of equipment!! http://www.bghydro.com/BGH/itemdesc.asp?ic=TEMDOINTD&eq=&Tp= and http://www.bghydro.com/BGH/itemdesc.asp?ic=TEMDOINTRB&eq=&Tp= If you read at the bottom of the controller page it looks like you have to buy a whole bunch of accesories to even use it tho, but pretty cool!!

Ive never had a resivor before and i was wondering why you have to do changeouts with it? and is there any way to not have to do a change out? sorry im new to this method, i always hand mixed at time of feeding. anhy help is appreciated!!!

i have a 24/7 constant meter by control wizard (the knockoff of nutradip, i think). its been doing the job for a year now with little to no calibration. i check every 3 months or when i remember. i submerse both ppm and ph probes in the res. the only bad thing is this meter's screen emits a blue glow 24/7 which might have caused my sensitive plants to hermie, so i covered the meter it during the dark period.

can't go wrong with a NutraDip Tri-Meter, had them kicking for a while. I check em once a week but I've found that they hold there calibration for a month+ easy, so long as you keep the probes clean from any gunk or build-up you may have over time. They also have them in 2 different setups ph/ppm/temp and ph/EC/temp :joint:
