When I had to deal with yearly home owner inspections, I'd bag and box everything up, put in garage.

then I'd cook up a big batch of Beef Tripe for menudo, Beef tripe will stink up the house, and it turns the stomachs of those who have never ate it. when it came to the bedroom, I'd place my girlfriend's dildo's and vibrators and other sex toys in plain view, this usually embarrasses the home owner inspecting the place, and they exit the room fast!

finished the floors.the pine-sol is a bit overwhelming.
hey i like a clean house.
i bagged the plants twice then put 8mil plastic over them,then the bed sheet.
i just stuck my big face in the closet.i cant smell a thing.
basically it looks like the same place that i moved into...which may seem odd to her.
im poor.
oh,i put a whole chicken with 30 cloves of garlic into my slow cooker about an hour ago.
bacon,chicken,garlic,pine-sol,bleach,plug-ins.its a smell o rama in my place.
time to hit the bong.next to a open window.

depending on your state I would look into the tenant laws.

For instance, in california they have to get adequate notice in writing and MUST state a time frame as well.

You can also deny unless it is an emergency or in contract.

as i said before i have no lease.and my LL did give me a 24 hour notice,she called yesterday during am hours.so with out being suspicious i said sure come on by today.she wanted to stop by yesterday.
so im ready.i want to call her now to stop by,but i will be patient and wait.

Just remember odor wise, while being in a spot all the time you can't tell how it smells. My friends always tell me how amazing my house smells and I don't even notice anymore. Not the best thing to happen, I like to cook or something when the LL's try and come in just in case there is an odor that my nose just can't locate.

Another method,

take a shower and when you go out seee what you smell, you would be surprised.

so she came in,look'd in each room.and her eyes darted to each closet.but she didnt look into them.
theres no way she smelt anything.smelled like bacon,well food cooking.
this will be my last grow here.i'l be moving when i harvest.hopefully in 30-40 days.yes its time to move on.
heres the plants still in the closet.
i'l put everything together tomorrow.

If you get that vibe then run with it. state troopers were posted around my area once and he gave me a look that didn't sit right. I had about 40 plants all various stages, I cut and tossed all of em. The only thing that was in my house was buds from eight drying plants. I moved at the end of the week. Gave the landlord some excuse that my life was endanger and i had to leave area. She let me out no prob and I felt like even if I over reacted better safe than sorry. Check tenant rights websites, if you are living there it is YOUR property and they don't have ANY right to come in.

If they threaten you with eviction for NOT letting them in then there is actual something that protects you from that as well.

Another thing, if they start the eviction process they CANNOT collect money from you and must secure it in court, what I like to call FREE RENT.

Now that is, unless they catch the grow and can boot you do to illegal activities which won't really hold up in court odds are.

Med card would be perfect if that is possible.


We will be moving soon as well, those vibes come and go as far as wondering if everyone around you knows you grow but are just waiting for someone else to report it.

yes things went well.but still the way she looked at the closets,like she wanted to look into them,had me a bit nervous after she left.but there was no smell.just seemed she was expecting to see something wrong.and there was nothing wrong.so screw her.
and if i had dildos,vibrators laying around she may of started to use them....shes a lesbian.

im pissed that 4 of the 6 plants tops broke,snapped.
oh well they will survive.
i didnt put the tent back up yet just in case she called and tried to weasel her way back in.
going to make some coffee,and do that now.

Another thing that hardly ever gets mentioned, and I am not really sure why, but...the more a plant dries out (soil) the more the plant is going to smell. Any time you are in a situation, where you are trying to get rid of or minimize smell, one of the first things to do before bagging up....preferably only keeping them contained during their normal dark cycle....is make sure the soil is moist. This will help keep the smell from being an over the top skunk...to more of a fresh "green" growth smell....

This is just one more little thing that can be done to minimize the smells when it is a MUST....

I had an inspection Today. all the vitals are im my living and bathroom areas. in the 3 years i've been here they've inspected twice. The first time they did attempt to access the bedroom to check the attic but decided there was to much obstructions and would look @ it from the other unit. You always want a notice and you really want to be on the upper level of your building if your in an apt, thats what i hear.

I'd be careful - does she have keys to your place? How do you know she won't come back when you're at work?

I've had a landlord busting my balls for a while now. All of sudden last winter he wanted to inspect, and now he wants to inspect every 3 months. This is for an expensive near-luxury apt.

I wonder if he snuck in & saw the grow (3-4 plants in a HB) but didn't have the balls to confront me or knew he snuck in illegally. It's not hard to see when I'm gone by my car in the driveway. He may have also googled me as I'm in a couple newspaper articles as a med MJ patient.

I am debating whether to have another go this winter. I've already changed one of the locks so that motherfucker isn't getting in now. I'd hate to not have organic nugs anymore.

PS, try taping the broken stems straight. If you have wooden matches, make a "splint" by putting 3-4 pieces around the stem and then tape. You'd be amazed, they will probably recover completely. The nutes flow through the outside of the stem.
