the average ic-er isn't really too dumb to grasp the concept of this document. i myself am an apartment grower and i regularly wonder what kind of things i should be concerned with.
I would have read that and pretty much ignored it as I was/am a medical patient, growing with the 'consent' of my landlady in an in-law...

I find that amazing your landlord is willing to take on the liability of a marijuana grow? I guess theyre between a rock and a hard place because they have to give equal housing under state laws 
but still... I'm sure there's some liability to growing ANYTHING in an apartment and a landlord puts their property up for risk by letting you do it... cool guy/girl.
