..He aprovechado los instantes de Sol para fotografiar los cogollos y las flores bajas menos desarrolladas..., y enseguida a vuelto primero a lloviznear y luego llover en serio aguanieve (y así sigue hasta hasta ahora, bien entrada la noche) y me he bajado corriendo para la casa.

...I took advantage of the sunny moments to photograph the buds and the less developed lower flowers..., and then it started to drizzle again and then it rained snow-water again (and it is still raining until now, well into the night) and I ran down to the house.

It’s been a wonderful outdoor year so far. Still have some Honduras, Honduras x Panama, Destroyer and Killer A5 Haze in the ground finishing up.

I'm gonna jump into this party here... My descriptions will be below the pics:

This is "Allen Wrench" from clone. This is (NYC Diesel x Trainwreck), and is the second year that I have grown this variety. Last year it was my favorite, but only after a super long cure, as in 10 weeks.

Here, we have a friend standing in a batch of one of my breeding projects. These plants are have all been pollinated with a cross I made back in 2014, using a killer "Blue Thunder" mother and a strain called "Great White Buffalo" for the pollen, which seemed to me to be an IBL of a landrace/hash plant type indica. The source was "New World Seeds," now defunct due to a tragic auto crash. I did use 3 males to make this cross. The females are an Amsterdam type Durban (A+ on structure and appearance, B- on smoke), and in the foreground. The other is the "Allen Wrench x", behind my friend. My 2014 cross is a late October/early November maturing plant, and I was hoping that the "Durban's" earliness would cross over. I'd say it was about 50/50. Several of these plants could have gone longer, but we had a damn wet early October. I named these "Durban Thunder" and "Rolling Thunder." They are, of course, and unfinished F1's, but I am happy with the results and feel these are a good stepping stone/building block for future use.

The 3 shots above are all "Deep Lush." The bud shot has my hand in the lower left for size comparison. These buds were huge, and I think they must have come from the male with indica-like traits. This is one that could have gone al little longer.

My final offering, above, is a special girl. Here, in the foreground, with "Luna" and "Deep Lush" in the background. This is from around mid-September.
This plant is a "bag-seed plant" grown by a friend with a Medical License, and named "Dragon Glass." This is the 3rd year I have grown her, and this year I nailed it. Very good smoke.

​​​​​​Aquí hoy las mínimas han sido al amanecer de 0°C exactos: ya hemos alcanzado el punto de congelación del agua; afortunadamente la cota de nieve ha ascendido 100 metros sobre mi cabeza, hasta los 1000, ha dejado de llover aguanieve, y las nubes por fin le han echo huecos largos al Sol...
Hoy la máxima a la sombra pronosticada era de 12°C y así lo he comprobado con un termómetro digital... Pero dejé al amanecer otro termómetro gemelo en una zona sin sombra, y a las 13:30 del mediodía y a pleno Sol ha alcanzado una máxima de 24'7 °C !!

Here today the minimum temperatures at dawn were exactly 0°C: we have already reached the freezing point of water; fortunately the snow level has risen 100 metres above my head, to 1000, it stopped raining sleet, and the clouds have finally made long holes for the sun...
Today the predicted maximum in the shade was 12°C, and I checked it with a digital thermometer... But I left at dawn another twin thermometer in an area without shade, and at 13:30 noon and in full sunshine it reached a maximum of 24'7 °C!

La proximidad de una nueva borrasca del polar desd el norte, esta volviendo a cubrir los cielos según las horas pasan. Rachas de viento de 40 km/h y humedad entreel 65 y el 85%. La mínima nocturna hoy, 0 °C con la cota de nieve a unos 150 metros sobre mi planta... A la sombra, no pasamos de 10 °C...
Supongo que mientras el agua de los bebederos de los perros no amanezca congelada, resista la ultima rosa y la ultima flor de yuca...

The approach of a new olar northerly squall is covering the skies again as the hours pass. Wind gusts of 40 km/h and humidity between 65 and 85%. The overnight minimum today, 0 °C with the snow level at about 150 metres above me... In the shade, we didn't get above 10 °C...
I suppose that as long as the water in the dogs' drinking troughs does not freeze, the last rose and the last yucca flower will resist...

I’ll let ya know once all are cut and cured. I have 3-4 weeks left on a few of them if the weather doesn’t decide to piss all over me later this week.

I can say for sure though that everything I’ve grown and smoked from ACE has exceeded expectations by a good margin. Awesome flavors, smells, burning smells and highs. There’s some true soaring, flying effects in their gear. Nothing like the Homoginized boring mush from most of the American genetics I’ve spent time with.

Por supuesto, aquí también hay toda una galaxia de bancos de semillas con una oferta de cientos de variedades parecidas o idénticas y de psicoactividad aburrida y homogénea (que solo pueden salvarse por el sabor)...
"Bancos de refritos", les dicen acá...

Sin duda leeré tus futuros comentarios sobre tus variedades con interés.

I’ve got 2 Destroyer Phenos going currently. Both are in line with the “wheat pheno” as far as bud structure. Just colas of long skinny foxtails.
Pheno 1 is all cedar/juniper sap smelling with a slight lavender hint when grown outdoors.
Pheno 2 is also a juniper sap smell with the addition of a messed up Piña Colada smell.
None of my Destroyers are in the photos here. 2nd to last in that last set was my Malawi x Panama and the last is my KA5H1.

Good variety of sativas cactus Squatter, keep alive the Destroyer. I tasted a cross of destroyer and kali Mist. It was a bomb. One day I smoked on the morning and it seems that I was in a film, high psicoactivity! Oh man, it was really strong for me jajaj
