They nailed it! Beautiful work whoever pulled that off at the Vermont state house!

The story said something about blooms. Maybe they planted autoflowers.

Get those plants watered! Looks like it will cool off in the next 6-14 days.

Getting our rains today and tonight! Yesterday was great, it turned cloudy and wasn't too hot, so the watering I did sunday soaked in really well plus some rain today and tonight! Got the ditch dug to help them drain! Plants are going to be growing hard! Finished the update if you want to check out my thread, I got a bunch of good pics!

Whorled phyllotaxy branch structure only at the top node on this Sativa Candy Spice! ( not alternate or opposite branching)

Ok here's some more, like I said some of those small ones I'm gonna pull. But there's good strain planted up there, SAD, Sweet seeds, Dubble Sundae, cannarado, Kore Real gorilla, Moby Dick dinafem, Biker x sfv and a few OG cookie haze from a great breeder and pal, also got a Lemon Hash Plant from another friend that hooked me up into the Tom Hill. So hopefully I can get about 5-8 decent plant

Looking good! Glad they got watered! What did you feed with again? Still some time to grow! They'll catch up! Looks like its starting to get dry. Should be cooling down in the next couple weeks! May continue dry though until early august here, but it looks like there is some moisture in the 6-10 day forecast for ya.

Plants are getting along fine. If you dug your holes that deep, the in ground ones should maintain moisture depending on how long they've been in.

Find an old dead tree, remove some of its bark, and break it up to use as mulch around the plants. Is about all you can do. It should help if you can find the time to do it! At least the trees provide some shade to prevent drying out as fast.

Looks like the holes are really small. Remember, larger holes to get larger plants. I guess you know your soil better than I do, but loosening up more soil, the roots may be able to get more water and fertilizer. Do like I used to do. I would dig a 3 foot wide hole and plant 3 seedlings. You learn a little every year.

The one sativa leaning plant is having a hard time in the shade and getting a little thirsty. Looks like a nice patch though! Should see some nice buds there! Thanks for sharing with us! Rest up that ankle! When are you going back out?

Man I'd love to have a water hose and soak that plot up, stand there forever watering. Yes there definitely thirsty. I'm getting a different jug tomorrow so that'll help some. I've got a few app some it'll be Fri before I'll able to get back. Hopefully I can keep a couple enough water, I might try to carry every other day, I'd love to see a huge downpour lol

Those are nice, I've got a few about that size, and I've got some tall ones I didn't topped. I'll try to get some pics of my containers. I've had that sephoria on my Slk and a few others around the bottom. I picked more dead leaves off and sprayed the GreenCure. I'm gonna try to get those supplies maybe to make that recipe Bud has if I don't notice any difference. There's a lot of stuff in my containers doing great, hopefully get a little something outta a few of those.

Man this damn jug I got, I can't believe my luck. It's those new kerosene 5gal jugs at WM, I didn't realize it held the back pressure- so I can't just pour my nutes out fast. I even took the lid off but it's got a screen built in.....cant take it back for a wk or so until I'm back at WM. I might end up trying to get this screen pulled out, but it's built in. I'm gonna be better to just return it, the WM I was at didn't have the jug

Blame it on the stupid california standards. I hate the new gas jugs. I will only use the old-fashioned type with no valve, just a cap and a air bleed. I am really blessed to be able to carry water in with the truck. God's got the watering taken care of today! The plants are really going to grow after this rain and the heat!

Yeeeeeha I caught the wave! :smoke:

Wv--Before mulching, pile soil around the stems. It acts like a mulch, increases root volume, helps them breathe during torrential rains, and helps the plants stand up in wind! Looks like you have extra soil there from digging the holes. I would sift out the rock and pile it on! It should help! :smoke:

Good dog!

I can't believe how dry it's got down here the past mounth, my small plants and roots are having a tough time. But I'll start trying to get more water up there, if I allow myself more time and I did ok today.

Yea I was in a hurry, I'm taking that jug back lol. But yea theres several guys with great pics. Looks like rain possibly July 24-30 right? If I can keep them some water until a good rain comes!!!! But my priority is my containers, I'm gonna have to update my pics. I've got several nice plants. Of course by containers I mean plants I tend to when needed, daily or whatever. It should be getting close to flowering around here, probably about 10 days or so.

Nothing too exciting compared to the mighty gardens other people have going... but I'm just growing for myself, essentially for fun, and trying to keep it at least semi-legal (I'm in the clear for now). I live on a hilly property and my options for sites is limited, this is the first time I tried that particular spot - nice thing is it's up in a spot that gets a lot of sun, and not down in the valley where it's not unusual for everything to be socked in by fog. Downside is if they stretch a lot they may not stay as hidden as I'd like (uphill is closer to the lightly traveled road). Still, nothing to worry about too much until the leaves come off the trees, and that's only an issue if they get tall.
