Anyone watch abc's "LOST" ?

just wondering if there are any "LOST" fans out here on this wonderful forums...

today in the us, there having the season premiere, yippi plus we got a good weeks worth of new episodes, meaning that there are no more re-runs!

seems like this new season gonna be more on the "Others".
im guessing the others arn't as evil as the losties think they are...

what kind things are you guys expecting in the new season?

i just wanna know for now, why kate,sawyer, and jack were selected as canidates for the "Others".

theres so many spoilers and theories on lost one could get lost in it...haha

i personally like the flashbacks, its helps understanding the different characters feelings and perception. Plus it seems that the losties have minor connections, or im guessing theres a bigger reason to why they were the ones that crashed on the island.

I am a big fan of this show...BUT....Tonights episode sucked hardcore. Pretty much it was flash back, flashback, commercial, commercial. I learned nothing in this episode. Guess they know a lot of people are getting sick of the show so they have to confuse them now in to try to get them to watch next week. If next weeks episode is like tonights then Im done with the show.

i heard that they lost, pun half intended, a lot of the writers of the show somewhere in season 2...so that the original ending of the show left with those writers, so if the show seems different, that's cuz it is different...but ill still watch it cuz what else is on really...deal or no deal...celebrity "enter whatever assenine function here," "lose weight to gain control of your life" and so and so on...my point, not too many shows that i watch and lost is still halfway decent, although completley far-fetched.

that's quick to say...but actually you learnt the kind of community the others live.(sort of), and also that herny said the next two weeks is going to be "very unpleasant." jack finally caving in. his dad stole his wife!! it it wasn't that bad, but i wish they would have done a two hour premiere. cant wait for next week...i heard they were only gonna do like 4 episodes then take a break til january and air the rest non-stop

Hmmm I read in the TV Guide online that one of the characters were coming out of the closet, but maybe it's a later episode.

i remember awhile ago on the lost-tv.com forums, there was a guy who started a thread claiming he had wrote the original "lost" script.
dont know if its really true.

well anyway, he had a link to podcasts of these online radio shows, which he was one of the emcees.
i listened to a podcast and he said he wrote a story very similar to lost...

i recall he said that his version of the "others" (forgot what he called it)
were trying to find replacements for themselves...
i personally think this might be true from seeing that in yesturdays episode there was like a small community on the island and they seemed very very prepared when the plane crashed...

i see it as the others help dharma, which helps saves the world, but they cant stay there forever, so they're trying to find candidates that would take over.

I like the show and have watched it from first show, but they are losing me as a fan fast. Cant they do commerical free like 24? or at least not have a break for commercials every 6 minutes? I have no ideas what the fuck is going on anymore in this show. Its all too weird. What happened to the polar bear or ther black smoke thing? Seems they never expained that. Almost nothing makes sense anymore and itsw almost silly. I think they are ready to jump th shark on this show. Its a shame, the first season and half of 2nd season were amazing, but now its just to weird. I think they were ready to explain it all then saw the ratings and decided to prolong it. Making weirder and weirder things. They should just wrap it up after this season. Explain it all and be done. you cant run this show forever and the longer it goes the more people they will lose
