Anyone know of a cheap 2 seconds on cycle timer?

Everyone is putting way to much thought into this. A digital programmable timer, synchronized with the lighting timer, then program in the times. Might have to spend extra for 10 seconds intervals, or just do 30 seconds and save a couple. Its how I ran my flood tables for years(3 fills lights on, one with them off).
That or look into smart plugs and setting up routines. Amazon has sets as low as 4 for $20
