i grew Thyphoon out in corn in 08

a bit fluffy buds and some work on trimming because of leaf structure, but its high yielding, and very early
harvested mines at end September due to seed maturation but as sensimilla they could have been harvested medium September.
i havent smoked it as sensimilla so i cant say about the high itself but it was an excellent hash producer out in the corn

thanks for info gunnar, that thread of yours was very informative.

thyphoon actually looks pretty much what im looking for, outdoorwise. i'm hoping to come across very early sativadom which would be good for hash purposes. i guess it will take a few summers to get it acclimatize here at north 62 but hopefully i can get a decent seedcrop with this next summer. i'll let ya'll know how it turns out....

those are some of the healthiest looking males ive ever seen. The one with the HUGE flower clusters is beautiful. I'd be interested in trying this nordic ganja strain outside in southeast US. Believe it or not we get hit early with frost down hear so an early maturing sativa dom strain for outdoor use (i'm using karma genetic's Jamil Sayyida as the first pick for outdoor this growing season) here where i live.

great looking plants
i mostly run them for producing hash as i find trimming them very time consuming but its a good smoke no matter if used as pot or hash

The title threw me off a little because I made a strain called Typhoon over 8 years ago but sadly lost all the beans to it. It was BOGBubble x Tsunami (G-13 x N.Hawiian). Both the parent strains were great but like I said I lost all the beans to this strain. They were stored in a plastic blunt tube at the time and the top fell off and they spilled out and were eaten by mice.

Your Typhoon does looks interesting. How did you get those night shots without disturbing the plants? I may also be using some local corn fields to run some AFs in this year, we'll see. GL with those and take care 1

I grew typhoon 3 years ago, my first (real) grow
eventually I had 3 ladies
they were transplanted outdoor in the garden somewhere between mid june and mid july(I only know I still had them on the windowsill on my birthday, wich is mid june)
2 of them got about 1 metre, but 1 got about 2 metres evemtough it didn't have that long. at one point I could see it getting taller every day
1 of the 2 smaller ones was purple, that one also had major foxtail while the other 2 had more regular buds, still airy tough but not that extreme foxtaillook the purple one had
the purple one smelled really sweet with a hint of orange in flower, the 2 others were more orange/citrus
the purple one was my favorite that year, grinding the bud from that one by hand resulted in brown sticky fingers
I had no mold at all, don't remember the exact harvestdate but I think it was somewhere around the end of august or begin september(I know that about 1 week after I harvested the posts about budrot were coming in on a dutch forum)
didn't use any ferts that year, only just water on dry summerdays

I think I'm going to grow it again this year, still have some seeds
