Anyone ever have any problems with BGH?

I ordered an hps bulb that they had in stock. It took them five weeks to get it to me. I don't know how many times they told me it would "...be shipped that day."

Im getting that same exact response Pharmacan. This was my first order through them. It sucks cause they have some pretty cool shit at decent prices but not if I have to go through this BS everytime I try to buy something from them.

I don't like this company.

I have recieved damaged items from them multiple times. I have ordered items, been charged a shipping price, then gotten a phone call the next day saying they will need to charge me more for shipping because the shipping prices on their site are only an estimate. I have also had bad experiences with items that are "in stock" being backordered and not showinf for weeks. Their shipping is anything but speedy, and when I complained about my other issues, they did nothing to make me more content with the situation.

With all that said, I continue to use them because they have good prices, good selection, and discreet shipping.

A friend and i both had some mix ups in orders from them.
but they took care of our problems quickly and as hassle free as could be =)
everyone makes mistakes... how they deal with the mistakes makes a word of differences

never had a problem with this guy....he is unbiast in his product information and doesn't have a problem with answering questions. NEVER had a damaged product or late shipping or broken or wrong item. Always been a positive transaction.

Just got 1/2 my order light rail was bent no 400 w hps ballast kit . at least they did not charge my prepaid card under the name of Bush the full amount wont be buying there again
