I have 15 plants, 5'-7', very bushy, lower branches are so big they are sagging like crazy, gonna have to support them. Just curious of anyone elses results. Peace
I grew Great White Shark last year. It's an easy to grow plant, but quite sensitive to moisture at the end of flowering, above all if you've got rainy where you're located. It's a good yielder though.
This wasn't my prefered strain ... common taste, basic high, i mean an uncomfortable body stone, nothing powerfull.
But it's just my opinion, a lot of friends of mine liked that GWS.
Im growing it this year itsbenfun, its my 2nd year of growing it outdoors.
Mine are similar to yours but i whacked off all of that lower branching at the first chance so that the growth/energy would go to the upper branches that arent down there where mould lives.
Fruity as hell mine are. Knock out stone, early finisher, big buds. I avoid much feeding in the last 4 weeks because that increases the mould potential. My plants are similar to yours in colorl. MGC's seem much darker green than mine.
MGC- thanks bro! although i think you got me beat lol. these are my commercial plants to get rid of, i prefer more of a sativa for myself. i will watch for that mold thanks for the tip.
DS toker-its was deffinately a good idea to wack those lower branches off. i did the same but only like 18 inches up. im not getting "full" sun though only 6 hours or so. its making for weaker stems i think. i got some rain right before i took those pics and they could hardly take the water weight. a few broke. i would say mine lean way toward the skunk smell and yes MGC's are way darker. Whats your guys avg. yeild per plant?
Considering my low direct light(6hours) and constant battle with bacterial leaf spot over the past month i am still very disappointed with GWS. Ive spotted a few seeds forming also(feminised). The up side is they are very crystally with a nice fruity pebble/roadkill skunk smell. Had to chop 2 today due to the leaf spot. Next year i will take the time to sort through the males and phenos with MR. NICE genetics... Everyone is trying to re-invent the wheel.
i've grown GWS last year at lat 44, but my spot got more direct sunlight than yours. I had great results, early finisher( harvested 05/10) good yield and one pheno had a wonderful vanilla taste.
