Any Outdoor TGA Subcool Grows?

Based on the secondary research redlaser provided quoted below the lack of standardization in the THC testing industry is a major problem. There is a complete lack of consistency in testing among growers, dispensaries, labs, breeders, etc. etc. which makes testing nothing more than a joke. But, on the other hand I want the bomb shit. If your puffing it and its not getting you ripped, well, thats a problem!

I see what your getting at. I have also noticed a discrepancy among tested marijuana. The high numbers could potentially be creating a placebo effect.

Gas and liquid chromatography tests are the most common, as long as instruments are calibrated and operated correctly the results should be the same.

I know this is a digression from the thread topic but I was at The Awakening (a top dispensary in Portland, Oregon) and I was chatting them up about exactly that topic since we were discussing it a bit on here.

I wish they had terpene profiles and which type of testing was done on the buds. I'd like to become more familiar with what my favorite terpenes are. Also, take this with a grain of salt but the bud tender that served me today, among others, agreed that there is a major lack in consistency among the lab tests.

The bud tender mentioned that from lab to lab their testing methodologies differ a bit which can skew the results. As you mentioned your gas versus liquid chromatography tests were skewed by about 7% which is pretty significant for dispensaries since that could mean a sell or not.

I was wondering myself about TGA, we picked up a pack of QUantum Kush for this season i haven't seen or heard much info on this strain. Supposively it tested 30% and suppose to be monster plants

I ran 4 chernobyls last yr Outdoors, ( got 4 out of 5 --females ,1 did not germ ) First TGA i ever ran, 3 phenos were similar , All were the crazy, weirdest strong smell -i ever smelled on a marijuana plant , I liked it ! Like some kind of cleaning agent,, but a good one !!! Did i say strong !!!! Very frosty, (kind o a strange gray color after cure but pretty good though). Maybe not the strongest, but plenty strong for me! Not tons of smell after cure but ok) Turned out to be one of my favorites, But was hard to finish, lucky there was no rain last yr!!!

What gsc's did you grow that were out done by tga strains? Cherry pie too? I live in a hot full sun area and nothing beats cherry pie here outside IMO. Buy I don't have to worry about mold either.

Cherry pie is done 10/15 or so and cooks by Halloween. I have never had any luck with tga. May just be me though.

I ran jtr and jilly bean od few years ago. actually ran jtr two years humid, hot se usa.

jtr is great. huge, dank. mine was so so potency. I would use jtr in a hybrid with something like a very potent Malawi.

jilly bean did not take the horrible heat/humidity.

jtr was pretty hardy in all respects.

well tga is a indoor breeder as fare as i know.
if you are gona grow outdoor go for a outdoor breeder,
if you are a indoor grower go for a indoor breeder,
imop :) things happens with the genetics over time if they get kept indoor all the time

When did she finish?
around mid october.

subcool advertises ( or at least to) jtr for od. one of his friends on an old horse farm in Georgia posted pics of some monsters.

light, bright green frosty nugs. even outdoors. really good bag appeal imo. I might try jtr someday in hybrids od. I don't have any viable seed stock of jtr left or I would definitely make some land race/jtr hybrids and see how they do.

Man I love the mendo dope vids. Them boys can grow some trees. Lots of good tips and tricks they give out too. Definitely gotta get some TGA beans in the future. A buddy of mine had some of his plushberry seeds and drowned them . Shortly after he tried to get more but still none in stock.
