I hope this helps.

This following quote was taken from elsewhere online and are not my words:

"The new batch of Lebanese is almost ready.

This is the 4th reproduction from the last Lebanese original stock from 2008 and as expected there are a general improvement in the ratio
of outstanding individuals keeping the general divertisity the strain is used to show. I first started with more than 80 plants and ended up
with the best 35 candidates including both males and females. 55% were females that were open pollinated. During the seeds maturation
I still took off some plants that didn't meet the standard of the rest of them leting the final 16 plants that are starting to get harvested
right now. As we have had a hot end of winter and a even hoter beginning of summer (even for Spain) I haven't been able to see all that
coloured tones around we all like so much except on that 15-20% of phenos where the gene that controls the "purple/black" trait appears
to be less environment-dependent. I assume some nights under 20°/22° will be enough to trigger the trait in the rest (up to the 60% I'm used to see).
I can't still state the actual relation between CBD/THC ratios and pigmentation (if any), but over all this time I can tell the strogest (THC)
individuals most of time corresponds to the slightly but not completely purple ones. In the other hand I have found a strong "CBD" effect
among green, purple but too "slighty-but-not-completey-purple" phenos. I haven't noticed variations on smells and haven't smoked
it yet to tell you about taste but according to my impressions there will be no changes here.

Summarizing... Once again I'm pretty sure you will enjoy growing this blocks as much as I did.

After harvesting the whole batch will be tested to make sure germination and everything is alright so I guess they will be available in the RSC site in a few weeks."

Here are some plants from that run that corky just posted about. My outdoor female. Large leaves and many tight nodes.
The other shots are from my indoor seed run. I had three females pollinated from 2 males. They all stayed short and stocky with large leaves.

Real seed company just made f2's of the Lebanese seeds available. I have never grown before but 50$ for 12 unbred land race seeds seem pricey.

I am an odd-ball. I see it just the opposite. Paying for a strain that has been taken and re-bred from proven strains has less worth to me than somebody traveling and obtaining exotic strains that I would otherwise never have access too. I understand there is a ton of time/work/energy put into stabilized strains. But the wow factor isn't there for me. (I'm not one for super potent weed anyways, again I'm an odd-ball in the world of weed)
Yes, easy to make some open-pollination F-2's, but how much can one make after travel costs and shipping and such from the initial run around the world to collect these strains? I think it is a worth pay-day from a second generation run.

Your not an odd-ball thejact55. You have Champagne taste.
Anyone complaining about F2's should ask themselves on what
filial generation are the plants they are currently growing now.
F30 maybe?

Outdoors they really do get bushy. :)

Personally, I think these plants are best converted into hashish.
I wish I still had some now. I suspect the Lebanese is very close
to 50/50 in CBD/THC ratio. It would be nice if one day somebody
tested them.

If you're going to reproduce a landrace then do it organic all the way.

Nothing but homemade soil and fortified casting teas ever touch my plants...and my fiance hates me for it :)
