Any experience with the f1 varieties outdoors?

Hello friends,
This is only my second day as a member so I'm still getting used to the layout and all so forgive m if this thread is in the wrong place. I am going to be doing an outdoor guerilla grow this upcoming summer in the northern US. I am looking to grow a fair number of plants and I am leaning towards the sweet Carmel fast, green poision fast, and the sweet cheese fast. I am planning to start all of them indoors for the first 3 weeks and putting them outside in mid-late may. I have found alot of grow journals of the f1 varieties being grown indoors but have yet to find many reports of outdoor f1 grows. Anyone with any experience would be such a big help. If this has already been answered I apologize and if you could point me to the right location that would be so helpful. Like I said I searched but didn't find any with the strains I am considering. Thank you all so much :tiphat: happy smoking.

I think you'll do fine with the Sweet Seed selections you made. I've grown out bout 1/2 dozen autos from Sweet Seeds....great genetics! I think you'll be impressed!!! Not to worry about f1....just grow and grin!!

Welcome, btw, too!

By the way do u have any experience with the sweet skunk auto? Thinking about growing a few of those to have something to smoke on so I don't have at the others too early haha. Thank you

Nah, I've not had a skunk auto run. Those I've grown out and loved:
Big Devil XL, Fast Bud, Jack 47 and Cream Caramel. All great AF performers!

Hi all!
well, i didn't see too much outdoors here in the forum, but i've seen them in a grow from a friend, and in other forums too, and i am really impressed with the final result. All the growers are happy because the plants were harvested 2 weeks early.. There are a lot of growers that have harvested F1FV in the firsts days of september, or last days of august…
i believe you will be happy with all the F1FV if you need that extra time.
Hope this helps you, mate!

Aridbud, thanks for the help i really appreciate it my friend;)

Sweet smokes!

Hey jaypp, thanks for the reply. I know you probabily have no idea but do u have any idea what the yeild was like outdoors? 500-700gr per plant just seems a bit high. Thanks for your help man!

Hi buddy!
i don't know for sure how much this people had from their plants. I believe that numbers that Sweet Seeds announces are the estimated yield based on optimal conditions of growing.
There's number of factors involved to get that number such as: the quality of the soil, the hours of direct sunlight, and of course, the growing period. It is not the same to germinate the seed in March than July ;)
They are good yielders, that's for sure my friend!

Hope you can tell us something about this grow if you do it :)
