Anti-depressant effects

I think I was taking the same ones😅 literally had a cocaine type effect on me with ALC but I got used to them too quickly so started taking more.... My brain is an asshole and it likes to party

In the end I went through 4 different types of anti depressants and non of them gave me the outcome I was hoping for so I stopped, waited for my brains chemistry to return back to normal and then tried the St John's wart, took me a while to figure out I didn't need to take it daily and I can now medicate myself by just being more aware of my current state of mind.

Happy to hear you found your way :)

After all everybodys different, and so are depressions, theres a whole bunch of stadiums and mix ups with other symptoms resulting in hundred something shades of depression.
Some might have learned a bad way to deal with things from their parents/grandparents etc.
Some might just have a genetical lack of serotonine or receptors whatever...
Your thyroid might be fucked up. Or all of the above :shucks:.

But theres hope, its helpful to know what your dealing with tho, so hang in there everybody :)

To get back on topic, sometimes i like a pushy clear sativa type buzz, sometimes something more mellow like Lebanese/Classic hash.
Sometimes i mix those together.
I find it nicer than smoking hybrid genetics, they tend to make me kind of defunct and i like to have a more or less clear mind. So no trippin ballz for me.
And also regular breaks in between. :D

They aren't from my point of view either, St John's wart helped me the most and I still take it from time to time when I can tell my serotonin is dropping a bit, lifestyle choices make up the biggest difference but a person needs to be in a good mindset to make those changes if needed.

good to hear that st Johns is helping someone out there. It never did anything for me but it did make my heart race and made me jittery too .
