you know there are no consequences for when cops dont follow the rules. If they get caught lying on a warrant application, its a honest mistake and the officer was acting in good faith. I have been hearing alot of this good faith bullshit the last two weeks. I told my atty if cops were financially penalized for their mistakes, they would have to write their boss a check come pay day. he agreed
