Harvest. Never enought time to do half of what needs to get done.

We almost had perfection.....almost. The last week or so, Mother Nature, who has been my bitch this whole year, decides to go and get hinkey on me right at the finish. Typical huh?

Yesterday it poured all day. Today it cleared in the afternoon. Who knows what the hell tomorrow brings.

Anyway it doesn't much matter, it would be way more easy to take and trim a plant a day for the next three weeks, but I doubt my bitch will cooperate. So I had to pull a Scogi out of order today and it's gonna fuck my schedule right into the dirt.

Is this plant ready? Who cares, if it ain't rotting it can stay.

Green Harvest was another trip. No warning, except it was time and the birds were here. Normal warning system failure. Liteweight, who used to call and bother me every time a chopper flew overhead, has the stones to call it first. I call Mr Warning Man and ask WTF? He says Duh. I say fuck this noise, CODE RED! Whip out, take my few over, get back to my numbers, everything tight, Mr WM calls and says nope, not happening. About five minutes later....Here's Johnny!
Right overhead. Call Mr WM and TELL him they are up. Close, but no cegar.

They flew Five choppers. The Silver one came right down the gulch. They saw it all. Then they left. And believe me....everything is in full flower. They could have raped me. And didn't.

I'd love to spend an hour or two shooting the shit, but I'm out of here at 4 AM....

Then I have a years worth of trimming to do.

And then there is more comming.....alot more.

So when this settles down, I will be back. Maybe earlier. This is just to let you all know I'm alive and you were right. Sit tight was the way to go.

Hey oldhaole, if I call for every chopper I have to be right at least once, ha ha ha. I'm getting the knack of it though; I only call about every fourth helicopter now.

And dang oldhaole, I hope you have some contract trimmers on call, ha ha. Your garden looks great, but thinking about trimming all that makes me cringe a little. Good job dude.
