Hello De La Luz, any chance of an update?
I have a few of these on the go as well, i think the compost i started them off in may be a bit too hot but they seem to be handling it ok for the most part.

Dubi, how do these feed? are they hungry in flower?

Many thanks' for your work so i can grow these out :}

Peace

They are not very hungry plants but they sure would benefit of a nice amount of nutrients for flowering, i'd say standard strenght should be fine but plants will tell you what they need.

best wishes for flowering! Thanks. dubi - ACE Seeds -

Hola sidekick,
I have taken clones of all ten plants and moved 6 of the ten into flowering at 12/12 on Aug 31. Plants were in veg for about two months.

The 6 in flower are all female and looking good. Starting their third week of flower today.
I'll post pics soon. A couple of the plants stretched a bit & jumped up in height during the first two weeks of flower.
One plant has a super thick stems and looks like she may be getting ready for some heavy flowers.... :joint:
Very pleased so far with this strain :jump:

Gracias dubi, Charlie & ACE crew!!!

Nice! Are these Angolese X Purple Paki or Angolese X Chitral (just going by the first picture)? Ace seeds is killing it! Props for all the hard work. Keeping up with all those landraces and keeping us fanatic sativa heads satisfied must be quite the chore! haha!

The "Purple Pakistani" indica is from the Chitral area of Pakistan, you may also see it listed as "PPC" or just "Purple paki."

Grow in peace,

Yes, Scay Beez. Cannabiogen' Pakistani came from Chitral area. The special purple mother is what we call Purple Pakistan Chitral.

Thanks for your words! dubi

One of the six females in her third week of flower is starting to show some color on her tiny calyxs( a deep, dark purple), her hairs seem to be thicker and whiter also.

One of her sisters (the one with the extra thick stem) is also showing a little bit of color on the underside of the calyxs, instead of a deep dark purple, it seems to be pinkish / magenta in color...very slight right now.

I'm sure even more colors will be reveal themselves as they grow and mature. :rasta:

I'm looking forward to some sweet, trippy angolese influenced smoke :joint:

Gracias ACE!!

High De La Luz,

Im glad you are finding colorful mothers in the early flowering stage. Purple red colors should be more evident at late flowering, especially with low temps.

We have a few selected green and purple angolese x pakistani flowering outdoors, will post some pics in the next days.

Gracias De La Luz, que pases un buen domingo! dubi

Update:

All ten plants were female with healthy vigorous growth.

Dubi said that aproximately 1/3 of all plants would be purple in color naturally, with most of the other "green" phenos turning colorful with cooler temps.

I had a ratio of 3 full on purple plants (purple calyx from the start of flower formation till the end, regardless of temps).

Of the remaining 7 plants I had 2 that were mostly green phenos with only slight color change due to cooler temps at the end of flower (68 F. low - 78 F. high). The other 5 had wonderful colors of reds, lavenders, purples and violets as flowering progressed.

I'll upload some images on the next go round of cuttings. The hardest part is deciding which plants to keep...(I can not keep 10 new moms going :bashhead: ).

Most all of the plants have real nice resin content with a couple individuals exhibiting SUPER frosty resin counts :rasta:

I've consumed several buds of most of them already. My favorites have a very nice Psychedelic effect with a clear cerebral background.

I'm still waiting to try some of the other plants but they all look very promising.

Finishing time was anywhere from 8.5 weeks - 10 weeks.

I'll posted some shots of dried buds from a couple of the plants.

GRACIAS ACE, I'm in love with these plants!!!
