with the permission of mota and ace crew, will join the thread with some pictures of my angolaXthai, very nice plants as you can see, very nice and strong structure with foxtailed fluffy buds with silver and blue hues, with some puple on the flower tops...the odour is close to peanuts or something like that... will chop it in one week... very resinous as you can see, enjoy!

Thanks for the words Gkn!!! don't know if it's charlies best crossed with LMN's best but for for sure are one of their older-most worked strainds...a sativa lovers meeting for sure will be much more fun and educational than the usual dutch indica cups...

PS: the peanuts smell still have me intrigued about how it will be translated into smoke....
Saludos!

Are you going to do some open pollination? Ill bet you can find some sweet variations in variety to adapt to your conditions. Over generations you might find a uniquly potent variety that thrives in your conditions and climate.I did that years back and found some interesting varieties with very hardy genes.

I did a open pollination with a Purple Thai and a Lebanese sativa. This years run was more to test what I want to work with in the coming years. I was also testing the ways different types of cannabis handled my environment and if I need to alter things to make them flourish. Next year I will do a more broad open pollination of some older lines to preserve some genetics. I will also test out a few lines and do a few crosses for fun.

Some lines I would like to work with would be Jamaican, Uzbek, Vietnamese and any African lines as they seem really interesting.

As for landrace stuff next year I'll try my had a several Colombians, Red, Black and Gold. Several wild Nepali strains collected by Bodhi while in Nepal. Some Burmese Thais, Laos and another type of Cambodian different then this years.

Grow on brother!

Interesting ideas Mota,

It's always great to work on your own seedlines adapted to your concrete climate and needs. The landrace mennu you have there has lots of potential.
Best wishes for future selections!

Purple Haze x Panama dried sativa flower.

Lovely dried flowers to start a nice sativa 2010 year! :)

Looks clearly influenced by the purple haze mother, hope you find it interesting after the long and hard work.

The Purple Haze x Panama from this pheno is very much like the Oldtimers Purple Haze pheno, the burgundy/port wine flavors come out in this cross. The high is very much like the the Purple Haze almost as trippy as the Pure but this has something else added which reminds me of Colombian more vibrant colors, melding well with the colors from the Purple Haze. This is top shelf cannabis, probably my favorite type of high. I haven't grown the Pure ACE Panama so not sure what expression came through in the cross. Bud density is much improved as well as resin, so yield is definitely better then the Oldtimers Haze/Purple Haze pheno.

World class weed, excellent smoke. Thank you Dubi, Charlie for your work and to all who helped with this cross.
