Yea I thought I was gonna have a fight on my hands for a few seconds , It was artchetburgwal if i believe right a door man of a sex show saw me and yelled I wasnt going to run so I walked over to him he just demanded my camera ,I wasnt going to cause a stir with all those people around. It was just a disposable but had all my pics on it. Hope your exam went well, I once thought about law & politics but then I moved onto IT. Also I'm sure it will be good to have another canna-friendly lawyer out there.

I've got a few good memories of the southern end of Artchetburgwal , but I've never been to any of the "Greenhouse" CS's.

Because I've got limited time, I made a little plan of what places I would like to get to, so that I can fit as much in as possible. I'm thinking of meeting OP on the friday (morning'ish) and then popping into Grey Area as soon as it opens @ 12 for a restock , what do you think?

I've got some nice memories of hanging out at the shop and OP really is a cool guy, I loved looking at all the pipes etc, they have some real artwork there.

Sucks your only gonna be around for such short time we will have to make the most of it. Hopefully we can meet up friday morn and go to SeedBotique with you, gonna be a blast to get blazed with OP. All this planning seems to make the days go by soooo much slower. Atleast Im not the only one anticipating this trip im sure both you and unika are as excited/ready to go as I am.

Allan have you ever tried sending goodies back? Im thinking of trying this time, Ive been using a mail service from the Netherlands for the last 2 months and every package has made it thru customs. Do you know of a place I could possibly buy a vaccum sealer in the dam? I would just bring one with me but I think it would look a little suspicous to the custom agents looking in my bags before my departure. Atleast I have plenty of time to get this figured out.

I've never tried to send anything home, I've taken small presents in my suitcase before but that was pre 9-11 so I would definatly not do that again these days.

I do remember reading a thread about vacum packing in Amsterdam on OG a couple of years back but I think that was only regarding the coffeeshop owners.

The time is going very slowly, but hopefully Gears of War will keep me entertained until Jan.

So far I've got down the following for my trip:
Thursday: Central, Rasta Baby, Picasso, Pink Floyd, De Kuil
Friday: Barney's, Rokerij II, SeedBoutique, Grey Area, Dread Rock

Of course thats only the smoking, there is a few other things that I will be doing aswell

Thats funny you mention Gears of War, Ive really been anticipating the release will def have it the day it comes out. Just saw the first commercial for it and I must say it looks amazing.

I plan on going to the smaller shops I mentiond in earlier posts , some others will be De Kuil, Pink Floyd, Amnesia, AnyDay, GreenHouse namaste and tolstrat, Barneys, HomeGrown Fantasy, Abraxas , Hill Street Blues, Grey Area, Bush Doctor. There are alot others just too stoned to name them right now, Allan do you plan on going to any smartshops? Im gonna be trying some of the fungi just hoping it snows while we are there to enjoy the scenery. Allan how old are you?

If anyone has ever mailed any of the goodness back home then could you please let us know how it went.

theres a headshop on damstraat called "the old man" i'm sure they sell vaccum sealers,,but if they dont carry on down the dam straat heading for the Bluebird theres 2-3 headshops on the way ,1 of them had a vaccum sealer in there ,at the back by the big pollen presses,,
if your going to be hanging around central or rasta baby u could go ask in the new dampring shop on prince henrikade
or just ask OP he should know

Yeah the ad on xbl, made my hdtv purchase almost worth it on its own!
I really can't wait, just a little pissed that us in Europe will miss all of the Emergence Day activites planned for you guys
We should definatly have a few games before Jan, have you got Live gold?

I don't plan on going to any smartshops, just not my thing. But i know there are some great experiences to be had whilst on shrooms in the Dam. The scenery and lights etc. reflecting of the canals in the eveing is amazing with even out them, so it must be a real fun trip!

Have you tried shrooms before?

Seems like we are heading to some similar places , of course plans almost always deviate.

I'm 25 btw, but many say I have the gift of looking younger(plus I'm not very tall). I would love to see some snow, been there twice with snow before and it snowed on my first trip, walking out of central station and seeing the Damrak stretch out infront of us was amazing!

EDIT: It will be a shame to miss you hazyfontazy, maybe on another trip. How often to you make it to Amsterdam these days?

Yes Emergence Day is going to be a great day(the standing in lines for hours wont be great but afterwards will be worth it) I have Xbox live, ive Private Messaged you my name. I play mostly Madden 07 or Tiger Woods 07 as there arent many good games out at the moment. Check for me online sometime even if we cant play a game we can always have a live chat.

Sounds like you will be going to a midnight launch! The shop I've preorderd from delivers the day before release 95% of the time so I'm hopeful, will you be getting the CE aswell?

They have computers at Blue Velvet....and theres one shop close to it run by a morocan guy with lots of computers to use.

BV is located on haarlemmerdijk....very close to centraal station

I remember being in there during Jan and they kept the electronic doors open, which led to about seven pigeons calmly walking in and start eating scraps of the floor! Some tourists were even feeding them

To say the least I was a perplexed by this scene and left for a Chinese buffet

I saw the exact same thing while I was there, birds flying all around McD's. I must say McDonalds here in the states is much better not to mention they dont charge for individual packs of condiments!!!

Your PM made a good point about other "smart" products, I've also heard that they are simply a waste of money and a tourist trap.

I may try shrooms at some point down the line but I would prefer to try them at home, in an enviroment that I can control beforehand with some experienced friends.

Which "strain" do you prefer? / will you be trying? , my friends had Mexican last time but I've heard that that is the mildest one of the lot

Yes I will prob be trying them I like both the Cubensis and Tampensis, I think its a wise move to try them in a comfortable setting for your first time. Def a great experience tho esp with a few good friends.
