BSSDD #1 @ 60 days. Smells like skunky Butterscotch. Incredibly unique nose. Starting to fade nicely. Probably harvesting by Friday, its nearly all milky now, so could happen anytime really. Little bits of purple on some of the upper nugs, really a beautiful plant

BSSDD #2. 60 days, likely goes at least 70 days before harvest. Also likely to be the yield leader on this strain, really packing buds on. Smells of floral Butterscotch, no skunky note as of now.

BSSDD #3 @ 60 days. Also coming down by Friday likely. Similar to the others, Butterscotch smells with a light skunk undertone. No real signs of purple, and slightly smaller buds than #1. Otherwise very much like #1

BSSDD #4 - 60 days, harvesting in a week probably. Smells of burnt caramel. This was thr fasciated plant, recovered nicely albeit with weak branches. Fat buds though.

Idk, I keep saying BSSDD 1 and 3 are coming down at 60-63 days.... I'm 61 or 62 days now, and I keep telling myself another couple of days lmao

They're mostly milky now, but more clear / partially milky than amber, so we wait.

Bud swell finished by day 49 or 50 on these, no white pistils since day 53ish. Would be easy to take this one early.... but it is what it is

Couple shots of BSSDD 1. Same nug, different focal points, and no flash on the first (purple comes out more).

Silver lotus 2 @ 61 days. Hard to get on camera, but some of the trichomes have ruptures and are dripping little resin icicles. Super sticky

2 shots same bud, different focal point

Day 70ish, first round of chops

Coming in this group, Butterscotch x SSDD 1 and 3

Bssdd1

Fair yield, great bid structure though. Lots of color. Purple specks in buds, not full purple thankfully, anthocyanin isn't my flavor of choice usually. Has retained a Butterscotch smell through to the finish. Unless I just hate the smoke or taste, I'll run this pheno at least 1 more time. Leaves faded to a nice yellow on top, red on the underside, as noted in the last pic

Bssdd 3

Very similar to 1, less purple specks on the bud, and a slightly more skunky undertone on the Butterscotch scent. Slightly smaller buds, likely a little less yield overall too. But I see no reason why I couldn't run this again, a nice plant so far. The smoke will tell all in a little bit

Also chopping 3 of the Silver Lotus today @ day 70

SL 4
Smells of lemon pepper(?), it's hard to pinpoint exactly but it's citrusy and spicy. Some fat apical buds, slight sativa bud structure but still firm. Lower buds a little larfy but not bad. 12oz DP can for size reference on primary buds
20250509_014139.jpg 20250509_014151.jpg 20250509_014204.jpg

SL 3
Smells of a skunky orange Creamsicle. Beautiful bud structure, a little foxtail at the end of flower but no complaint. Strong stems. Likely to run at least 1 more time.
20250509_014253.jpg 20250509_014306.jpg 20250509_014316.jpg

SL 2
Also a skunky orange Creamsicle smell.... but damn this bud structure is on point! Huge bracts, minimal leaf. DENSE buds. Support a branch and it flops just above it. 100% will run at least once more. The 12oz dr pepper can makes a other appearance

Lovely looking flower man.. 👌
Quick question from an indoor novice - do you hand water? I can't see any drippers there, presuming drain to waste..? (hopefully not making a fool of myself with that question haha) Also.. are you going to flower the Mango Haze eventually?
Cheers!

Thank you! Bodhi did they hard part for me :)

Yes, i hand water in a drain to waste style. They're 2gallon pots, and they get fed about 50 ounces of liquid 3-4 times a week, which is enough to see about 15% runoff / waste. It's a pain in the butt sometimes, but gives me plenty of chances to inspect and reposition plants in the tent, which I value

And yes, the Mango Haze is still in the pipeline.

Plan is..... have this round if plants cleared from the bloom tent by late May, reset a few things in the tent, and then a repopulation with the Skunkhaze x AfghanHaze and Mango Haze, followed very shortly by / accompanied by Super Silver Haze and whatever females I end up with from 4 old Malawi99s and 1 old nevilles jaze

I hear you, the hand watering really gets you up close and personal with them.
I'm planning an indoor grow for the off-season here (Aus) but need to be off-site quite a bit. Looking into auto watering/drainage options for coco.

Nice man, looking forward to phase two of the reboot!
