I bet this is a pretty common occurrence these days. I met a girl online on one of those dating sites a couple years ago. We traded personal emails and talked a bit, then made a date for coffee. First she gets there and looks nothing like the pic she had sent. But I had heard that was common and almost expected it. Then our table was right next to the line to the counter. Some guy comes along and she starts chatting with him. He was totally making on her. She ate it up. Strike two. Then a little later she gets a call. A few minutes after that she made some lame excuse that she wanted to go try on bathing suits at this place and they were going to close so she had to go. Strike three. I guess she thought I was stupid. I never talked or emailed her again. She sent me sad faces and saying she wanted to date again. I just never responded. I also never do that online dating thing anymore. But not just because of that, just think it's bogus.

met a chick on an online dating site. at that point i was bored with online dating and not really interested (although she was quite alright looking) so i told her, we could meet but no saying hello, nothing, we'd have to see each other and kiss.. that was the condition that made it interesting for me

well, we met, she was actually there (never thought that would happen ), and i was actually too scared to do it right away so i wanted to say to her "hello, you know what we agreed upon"... i hadnt finished the sentence, has she already grabbed me and put her tongue into me

well, we continued for an hour or so, but talking to her i realised we werent really compatible, and we also had no appartment or something to, well, further our exchange of fluids.. so we ended the date and never saw each other again

A young lady had asked me out over the phone, we had met a few times and small talked, but pretty much were strangers. She needed a date for a friends wedding, but so she didn't ruin the wedding we decided to go out the night before to see if we were compatible. We had a wonderful evening, and I got a peck on my cheek at the end of the evening - we decided to go to the wedding together.

Today is our 26th wedding anniversary.

lol i just HAD to post this story,its one i still laugh about to this day haha

a few years ago,i met a guy at a mutual friend's party,really cute,kinda badboy serious/quiet type (which i LOVE)..so w.e,he gets my number,we talk for a few days,then he asks me on a date,i said ok.

so he picks me up,we go to a cute little restuarant that had a bar,we eat,order some beers or w.e..drink up,but this guy kept ON drinking and drinking,back to back beers,then shots lol

so we get up and go sit at the bar,and he's WASTED,im talking white-girl-wasted lol..slurring,yelling at the bartender to bring him a free beer,etc lol..im SOOO embarrsed,so i tell him lets leave

he tries to get up,but FALLS flat on his back loud az fuq from the chair lol,i was just laughing my ass off,like i kept giggling in the car all the way home lol,and you can tell he was irritated at me cus he was VERY serious haha.

Back in the mid 70s I was a volunteer fireman and every year we participated a big 'Fire Muster' @ the Kensico Dam in Valhalla NY. Every department shows up with their best equipment to show off to the public and each other.

While there representing our dept I met a real cute local gal Jenny, I was 18 and she was 16 but said her folks would be OK with it, we made a date. My high school girlfriend had gone to california for 6 weeks after graduation that summer to visit her dad so I was left to my own devices.

Yonkers Racetrack was featuring oldies concerts and we decided to go see 'Jay Black & the Americans', while there we started making out a bit and I don't know how long they were watching but I remember actually having my tongue buried in Jenny's ear when I looked up to see my girlfriends two best friends staring @ us w/their mouths wide open.

Looking back & to be perfectly honest about it I turned and ran like a bitch dragging Jenny through the crowd behind me, I owed the girl an explanation and told her the truth ending our date. Anne (my gf) came back from cali to this bad news mostly ending our relationship although she snuck me into her dorm room @ Vassar more than a couple of times later that school year.


So this one's all on me, I'm sure that Jenny's side of this 1st date nightmare would certainly be deemed more valid.

Here's an almost amazing date story.....I was 17 years old, went to a big outer suburban pub with some mates, one of which was 18 and had a license and car, had a few drinks, enjoyed the band and when it was closing time most of the people moved out into the car park in little groups talking, drinking etc. I got talking to the most beautiful girl I've ever seen, we clicked, I took a chance and asked her out and incredibly she agreed to meet me here next week for a date and then she had to go home as her ride was leaving giving me a quick kiss as she was leaving.I was walking on cloud nine

I hung around for a little while longer chatting with my friends, still totally blissfully happy at scoring a date with Miss World then all of sudden "kabooom" I was king hit right in the kisser, didn't even see it coming, down I go, get back up, my so called mates had sprinted off and ka-bang I get clocked again..and again...every punch was right on my mouth. I get home and my lips were swollen as big as sausages, even 7 days later my lips were still swollen, cut and phucked up...I didn't have her number so couldn't call her and I didn't go to meet her....damn, I still can picture her....regrets, I've got a few..

or better yet,DONT go to the movie theatre,,its VERY common,but not the best first date lol,you sit in silence watching a movie on a huge screen,and sit on your ass for 2 hours lol..idk,i prefer going to the beach,walking around,something KINDA physical,but still cute and intimate.a good example is a zoo or aquarium,most girls love animals,and def would have fun,i know i LOVE the aquiriam or the zoo lol.

Just a bunch of older assholes who thought it would be fun to get some target practice on younger guys who weren't looking....these guys just walked through the busy carpark king-hitting anyone and everyone, I was the first to get clocked, never saw it coming.

My so called friends scattered like flies as soon as I went down......great mates eh...the week before we were at a party, a fight started and my mate was getting a beating from 3 or 4 guys until I jumped in and evened things up.

I learned two lessons that night.........I choose my friends more carefully and have never been sucker punched since.
