Amazing Examples of Common Strains

I'm wondering what kind of keepers you guys have found from popular/common genetics. I'm more curious about reaaally common ones like skunk #1, afghani's, northern lights and ones that may be considered good beginner strains. I'm thinking of giving some of these a try, so many strains are crosses of these strains so I figured I'll try them first. Tell me about those keepers from SD freebies or something like that.

try bagseed you find in really killer dank, you never know what your gonna get. sometimes it turns out schwag, other times its some of the best you have ever grown. its more about searching through lots of seeds then anything.

If you take a look at the stem on this seedling its all red/purple. I got it out of a bag of some Hashplant hybrid, but unfortunately my mom had to go and kill all my seedlings 3 days ago so its toast now. But hopefully theres another just like it in the rest of the seeds I have saved.

thast what I am doing at the end of the month, and I have a medical patient lined up already to designate me. 39 plants here I come.

anyone ever get like 5 packs of one nirvana strains to find a keeper? I'm just wondering how useful plant selections is a tool versus seed selection. Keep in mind you arent comparing a pack of serious vs a pack of nirvana. Your comparing them at a 4:1 ratio. How might the best specimen of 40 nirvana stack up to the best of 10 serious? Any thoughts?

with the serious, I would be guessing alot of the work has already been done in regards to pheno type selection and such, and I am guessing the nirvana may present more phenos thus giving a grower a greater chance to find that pheno that suite their taste quite well. An example would be Jack Herer, theres a northern lights pheno, skunk #1 pheno, and a haze pheno that I have had from a grower I know. Out of those three, the Skunk #1 pheno is the one that kicks me in the balls, where as for others its the Northern Lights or Haze pheno.

I recently grew out Skunk Red Hair (HGF) and was very happy with the results....flavor

and in the past have had some great sk#1 grows from sd freebies

and I fell in love with the freebie Golden Skush (though I'm not sure how "common" I would rate it)

Amazing Example of Common Strains?

The Pure from TFD?

Ranks very high in my list, i think every grower should grow it out. If you don't want to buy a pack, a freebie pack of Skunk #1 will do, but it's the real deal.

It's way underrated, imo.

I would have to agree on the Skunk #1. The stuff I used to get from my buddy was superb, very nice body/head combo. Smelled real nice and skunky too, like you were in a batch o' skunk cabbage.

Daytripper calm down. Take a puff or 2 and wait for a response. I have heard the same rumor about Golden Skush and a TFD strain as well. You haven't done anything on this thread to be banned for and the knowledge being spread at IC seems Real enough to me. You on the other hand seem to be "Trippin Out" about something. Are there other issues you need help with?

TC, great nirvana plants. Im wondering if you tried any of the non-nirvana versions of any of those strains (tried growing or just smoking) and could tell us how they compared to eachother.
