ALTERNATIVE to bubblebags

I love my bubblebags... Tried several other methods before I got them, and wouldn't trade them for anything... Except a 20 gal set ...

actualy no they aren't sumo. The ideal way to run the material thru the bags is by having all the bags stacked inside one another. that way you dont find yourself pouring heavy water from one bag to another. That would add 7 steps of pouring, which to me would be inefficient and useless extra work.

i do not think sumo meant pouring the water individually through each bag. i am not sure and it may not be my place to even comment on this and i want you to know i own the 1 gallon 7 bag set and respect you very much so do not take anything i say as disrespect or correcting. i think sumo meant getting all the plant matter in one bucket and mixing the heck out of it and then pouring it all through the stacked bags in another bucket and then removing the bags as normal. i think this would add only one extra step and it might make it easier to mix. peace, smoke, respect.

I have never made bubble hash. I meant what Bubbleman said but why not ft100's idea? Sounds good to me.

It would only work with the one and five gallon kits. It would also be messy. You would have water and plant matter splash out of the buckets. Five's are not light when full, around 50 lbs. Not the easiest things to deal with. I've been a house painter for 25 years, 3rd generation, and deal with five's all the time. Pouring from one bucket to another will almost always cause a mess.

Now, for those that may want to slam me because they don't think I can be retired from the army AND have 20+ years painting. I started painting before I was 5, I'm a 3rd generation contractor. I joined the army to get away from it, and was medically retired after about 10 years, I then went back to painting. I had nearly 20 years in painting when I joined the army.

High,
i just the 5 gallon kit,and that is usually 2 runs a day lately, thats 2 runs per bag of tim being bubbled so 4 full runs a day.
thay are very easy to use and extreamly tough and durable,a breeze to clean,if you keep the screens wet after straining the bubble.(sit into a spare bucket of water)

form aorund 300gr of Trim/popcorn am adverageing about 13gr for the 2 runs, but i am a bit hard on the stiring.

if you really want the quality tri's for personal, try useing a big wooden spoon and hand adgertating/stiring the brew, after that i hand turn/pan the bucket, just like gold panning.

this allows the trs in the water collum to sink through the brew to the screens instead of keeping up in the collum like you will notice the brew turning over when mixing with electrical devices.

so efectivally you are turning the brew sideways, not up and over simply feeding the tri's in the ice water back into the brew.

lots and lots of ice is the go! and when you hand pan the bucket, you can see it rolling around in the brew still rubbing/knocking the tri's off and sinking inot water collum.

Kindest regards,Father Time

Bubble bags are easy to clean you just have to do things like it say in the instructions. after scooping out the bubble you turn the bag inside out and dip it screen first into the bucket, this will cause the few left over trichs to get collected in the next bag size. after dipping the screen you then take the bag to the shower and rinse it down very very thorowly with cold water. your bag will be like new. then you hang the bag up to dry makeing sure BOTH sides are dry before you fold them back up and put them in their bag.

bubblebags don't come from canada, they come from europe. The govt will sometimes charge an additional amount after the item is shipped. I've had it happen to some of the things I've sent to singapore whe I used to sell on eBay. I never knew about the extra charges until I started getting emails complaining about it.
It's totally govt dependent. My bubblebags didn't have any additional fee on them.

Bubbleman sent me a replacement bag and I'm sure that came from Vancouver. No additional fees. Bubbleman backs his bags.
Bubblebags are made for repeated use, and are built to last.

the bubble bags only become drug accessories once you make some bubble with them, before this point they are just a set of filter bags made of canvass and screenning. none of the things in the set of bags are incriminating in anyway. there aren't even any instructions in there. all you get is all you need ie the bags and the pressing screens, no papers or anything else tha might cause trouble with customs. as far as i know anyway

yeah senseless rebel, you are absolutely correct, by buying single replacement bags you can produce your own 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 or eight bag kit. its all up to you.

In actuality bubble bags and tumblers are not illegal until you use them for an illegal purpose because there are many legal purposes to use those two items.

I would get the smallest screen size and the second largest screen size for a 2 screen setup.

For a 3 screen setup the second largest size the smallest screen size and maybe the 4th largest one (about middle of the group).
That should get rid of all of the crap without losing to many heads, but it would only give just the one or two grades of hash.

I haven't made any bubble in a while, so I can't remember all of the screen sizes.
