Curious if any of you have experience with any of the pre built grow cabinets out there. I've really only seen 3:

I like the Hey Abby and Vivosun for their discreet look but just wish they were a little wider so they could house more than 1 plant. I'm looking for something that could fit 2. I saw a bunch of tent kits but I'd really prefer something a little sturdier. I know I could DIY it, but I'm really looking at the kits and something quiet and discreet. Anyone with any experience with these?

Hello oaktree it's good to see you friend. I don't like the prices on those above because you can do much better with a lot less money. I think you would do better with a 6x6 since you grow big plants. Anyway keep us posted.

6 oz of dry flower on 1 sq ft canopy. That's quite optimistic. A good grower gets a third of that. But a larger space like a 4x4 tent is much easier to do than these micro grows.
Based on that ridiculous claim I doubt everything else they claim.

I'm really only looking for a box that can grow two plants in the fall/winter time. I was also looking at a 3x3 tent which would be the biggest I can go, but I'm only looking for a space to grow 2 plants. 4x4 or 6x6 is just too big.

I just want something small and discreet to put in the corner of a room. Space is limited and I also want to keep the smell contained.

In that case the best solution ist to get an ikea cupboard or something similiar and diy a grow inside.
It is some effort to build but looks 99 % like an ordinary cupboard.

For sure, but I'm specifically looking for an all in one kit. I went to my local shop and tent was 3x3x6 tent was 199, and the light was like 280, then fans, carbon filter, inline fane ect was going to be way more. I know I can part things out for cheaper online but gain, I was looking for a one stop shop all in 1 kit.

This tent set up is 450 for everything including carbon filter, fans, ect:

I was hoping someone might have had some experience with one of those cabs but not looking like it. I saw a bunch of youtube reviews/videos but you never get the full story of the grow and yield. Most say they did not pull 6-8 ozs like the site suggests.

Suggest to the company they build a 2 plant cabinet and you will be their fist customer or will test it for them.

Alright, after some internet research I pulled the trigger on the Vgrow box. I really wanted the 2x3 tent but I needed something more discreet. I might DIY a bigger cabinet in the future, but for now 1 indoor plant at a time is fine. I'm going to do an outdoor grow over the summer so this is just to tide me over and have some fun. I'll post a grow diary for anyone interested. Thanks for all who chimed in.

I got a 20% discount so in total it cost me 480. I know it's not a great "deal" but for my purposes it works. I'll post some photos when I get it. I think I'm going to grow some Soma Sopurple as my first grow-round.
