Gonna have to be mighty stoned to handle my business:
So I thought this would kick things off to a rather nice start. Some wonderfully cured Opium.
Dropped 4 gals into 12/12 last night. Alot of the same strainage, but I'm bringing the Long Island Old School back into the rotation.
Starting to vegg some Lavender and Big Bud...in 4 weeks I should be dropping a batch of those into 12/12 and we'll see how those shape up.
Gotta make some room for a Karma test run. I think some of you brothers/sisters will prolly be doing the same. I've heard some good things, and although things are cramped and a bit difficult to squeeze in yet more, I gotta give it a shot. I'm eager to run some strains that incorporate the Chemdog line of genetics. Should be a head kicker.

I'm hoping that any negativity that might have occurred for ya'll this year will just be washed away with the coming of the next.

Yeah BB, that's "THE" strain. It's not going anywhere. It's a "family" strain now, and it'll be around for the forseeable future. Cella isn't the only one that wants me to keep it on hand...it's one of those things people ask about periodically and consistently when having sessions.

There were ups and there were downs but overall, 2008 was a good year. I'm wishing each and every one of my IC Mag extended family a BETTER year in 2009. I'm hoping that we all can stay safe and green so that we can continue to enjoy that which has brought us together.
In that spirit, I thought I'd drop a few pictures in before the ball drops this evening.
This gal was cut on the 16th of December, and she's had a good 2 weeks to dry. This time of the year, it's always a better and slower dry due to the colder weather. It ensures the taste and smoothness of the bud comes through. Dry weight is 44 grams.
If for whatever reason you're still on the fence about Ed Rosenthal's Super Bud, these pictures may just change your mind:

One of my all time favorites for decades.....The Long Island Old School...
I've got just 2 phenotypes of it, and this particular one is deadly....sweet, minty and "lime" smelling. I've said before it reminds me of a mojito. One hit is generally all you need to get lit from this strain, but I'm a glutton for punishment:
This gal is I believe a little bit past halfway done....haven't sampled her in awhile, and I'm glad to see her back in the rotation. I came to appreciate here even more after cracking a bunch of the strains I brought back from Amsterdam. I remember smoking nonstop there....scads of different strains and numerous hashes.....when I came back to the states....this is what I had to smoke...and I got righteously baked the very evening I set down my bags..
Now that's a strain. Even after partying nonstop for a week in the A'dam this stuff cuts through the chatter....
If we sit down for a session, remind me to bring some of this stuff. You won't regret it.
