BHO run 2.2 grams 5/6/12

BHO run 2.2 grams 5/6/12

BHO run 2.2 grams 5/6/12

Mixed trim and some stem from Super silver haze and Sour Diesel Ground fine.
I run 30 grams with 10 oz butane ( Half can,wait 5 minutes-finish can,wait 10 minutes)
I do 2 runs then after 2nd run and wait time I load as much into my extractor as I can, around 50 grams
then run the 3rd can of butane.

I use a coffee maker hot plate to burn off butane and let sit for a few hours.
I smoke a bowl to taste and then let sit a few days to make sure all butane is gone.

This is my 4th honey oil run and I'm digging this chit.
This is by far the tastiest Oil Ive had. The SSH come through in the exhale and so smooth- no cough.
Straight up happy spin inside my skull right now, things moving slow and a stupid aszz grin on my face.
Love this extractor. left over leaf get put into compost outside. I need to look yet i think that puts me at 6-7 grams.

If my scrog ssh comes through in 8-9 weeks I am so going to do a 50 grams SSH nug run and really see what
it should be like. I so cant wait...

Nice detail in your journal. Looks like you put a lot of effort into your growroom. However your plants look like they me be suffering from a number of correctable problems.
If you don't mind some advise,I would try to simplify your grow methods until you build up a bit more experience. It seems like you have a bunch of amendments and a few nutrient bottles. I would suggest using a simple organic nutrient line like earth juice or age old organics.
You've got the enthusiasm down.
Good luck.

Hello smokey.
Thanks for checking it out.
Dude I'm tired of guessing and flying blind. Learning lotz yet doing damage.
Could really use advise and a little guidance here.

I have checked out earth juice, Look's like a good line. I will check out age old organics
and see if I cant get my hand's on some.

When I changed the lights over I cleaned and trimmed everything and can see scrog
is in a bad way. Nitrogen def. Im thinking yet could be due to over watering.lol
I cant seem ta get anyone to help figure it out so I took out 2" of sand I had in them
to kill some little flys I had early on.
I made up a top dressing (Organic soil, chicken manure, perlite, Blood meal, bone meal, lime, soil Acidified and a little Epsom salt & Mycorrhizae- Root Fungi- for good luck)

Added 3 inches ( I could see the tip of roots under the sand) and watered.

Added ton's of holes to the containers for drainage. lol

Was this a bad Idea ?

lol

I have a home made tea brew going right now as well.... lol
3 gallon pot. Going to let it ferment with a bubbler for a couple days.lol

Home made tea,Bad or good idea ?

Home made tea brew--
3 gallon water container
4 1/2 TBSP Guano
1 tbs M.O.A.B
2 1/2 tsp Hydroplex Bloom maximizer
1/4 cup Molasses
2 1/2 tsp Epsom salt
4 1/2 TBSP Blood meal- For nitro def -
2 tsp Mycorrhizae

Added a air pump with bubbler and figure 48 to 72 hours I will
put into 1 gallon jugs and use to feed the ladys.

Is this a bad idea ?
I did put some thought into the mix Yet dont really know
if it will help or kill.
I look at my ladys and this is what they say they want.
To me at least.

Please feel free to be honest and if you care to share why I should not do a mix like this. I would appreciate the input.
:thank you:

Talked into it. Going with AGE OLD ORGANICS 5-7-12

Talked into it. Going with AGE OLD ORGANICS 5-7-12

Going with AGE OLD ORGANICS 5-7-12
https://www.icmag.com/ic/picture.php?albumid=37252&pictureid=882250
1- AGE OLD ORGANICS GROW QT 12-6-6--A fast-acting natural high nitrogen formula with a 2 to 1 nitrogen ratio to encourage continued growth and vigor to your plants. Age Old Grow is manufactured by combining fish, seaweed, and naturally-occurring nutrients to form a stable, odorless, liquid plant food.

1- AGE OLD ORGANICS BLOOM QT 5-10-5--A fast-acting natural high phosphorus combination of two of the oldest forms of fertilizer known, with added micronutrients. Odorless and concentrated Age Old Bloom will encourage early growth, better fruit set, increase germination rates, help flower and bud formation, and will help overcome stress caused by natural or chemical damage.

Age Old Organic Liquid Blends are concentrated and must be diluted prior to use. When used as directed, they provide the necessary organic nutrients and bio-stimulators needed for healthy plants and increased biological activity in all indoor/outdoor soils. A great way to provide quality organic-based nutrients for hydroponics growing systems. Refer to the label for specific use and application rates.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1- AGE OLD KELP (0.30-0.25-0.15) qt size
https://www.icmag.com/ic/picture.php?albumid=37252&pictureid=882252
Liquid Kelp concentrate supplies your plants with fast-acting and an odorless sources of minerals. When applied as a soil drench, Age Old Kelp helps build soil tilth and will restore the biological life of damaged soils. When used as a foliar spray, Age Old Kelp provides needed nutrients while improving the uptake of most nutrients.

-------------------------------------------------------

1- AGE OLD FISH AND SEAWEED (3-3-2) QT SIZE
https://www.icmag.com/ic/picture.php?albumid=37252&pictureid=882251
The original organic fertilizer is a blend of processed fish hydrolysates and North Atlantic sea kelp. Loaded with macro-nutrients Age Old Fish & Seaweed makes for an effective plant stress reducer, encourages root growth and is rich in carbohydrates.

Just feels right. Looked them up and read a little, Seems old school
and easy so I ordered and there on the way..lol

I still plan on using my tea mix as i have no reason not to. Maybe I will use on one scrog and the new line on the other.

lol don't have to decide right now either way.

Tired of testing and at this point would love ta see dankness..

Trying to save a lady.

Trying to save a lady.

There is one lady ready to die and another showing stress. the other 3 look fine and healthy.

To try and fix. I took the top 2" top feed layer of soil back off and dug the top of the soil
up a little to airate.

Leaving it open to air for a day then I will put 2" of just perlite with a little soil.
I will water tomorrow a little then feed a few days after that.

My advice is to switch to coco. You have a lot more control over the medium and it's near impossible to overwater. Plus it's much easier to transport cause it's way lighter and small packaging. I absolutely love the stuff.

As far as getting help, I will suggest if you have a specific issue you'd like some advice on...

Start a new thread in the correct forum with your specific question in the title. People are not gonna weed through all of your posts to try to find a question or problem to help you with. We've had this conversation before bro. If you want help start a thread and ask for help.

Yep seems there is a ton of ways ta go with soil.
Kinda stuck with what I have at this point.
I do have a post over in the Cannabis Infirmary and have had some feed back. Super Silver Haze Is she just Overwatered ?
The last post here is to just share my answer to the issue and share the outcome in case it works and someone eles could
use the experience.
That's what a journal all about right( learn, share and teach)
Trust me I'm learning(the hard way sometimes)- Ive shared ( a Little) and have a long way ta go to teach...lol

Ok,seems like there is a lot you need to learn. First I would spend a ton of hours reading threads in the indoor soil and hydro sections. Cannabis is a weed, and although it likes to be babied your overdoing it.
The tea you made would be strong even for a fast growing healthy vigorous plant. I'll find some time to write you some helpful advise later.
Don't get too frustrated,we all made mistakes before we learned, and part of growing is always learning and adapting. Keep up the good attitude and don't take anything here personal. We'll get you there but there are a lot of things you need to change.

Truer words never spoken.
lol

I'm having a great time here. Getting a little over the learning part tho..lol

It must be the way I present my journal to y'all that's not working for some
of the experienced growers here.

Yes I could have grown 4 Lady's and followed whats known to work.
Might have got some dankness,sure...

That's just not my style when doing something for the first time.
This will not be my last grow by far.
This is just a learning experience for me.

My next grow will not be to learn.
It will be to apply what Ive gained here
By my 4th grow I will be well ahead of where a
4th grow dude would normally be.

Though I am having fun. I am not playing around here, there is a purpose and a path.

At this point in my grow. I can not change soil or re pot or much Else beyond
going simple on the feeding and room, lights and such.

No more teas and wacky teas and what ifs.
No more explaining that I'm not after just dank and yield with this journal.
Not here to impress . I'm here to share and i am hoping for guidance
( which Ive received) Thank you to those lol...

Keep in mind here I am not just growing a few Lady's one way-easy peasy-
Ive done
free grow( 5 gallon pot)-scrog-training-cloning-{Different tech's}Top cutting-bending-and such
I now have 1st hand experience with soils-organics-nutrients-Micro nuits-different types of containers-
Plant deficiency's- {Burns,recovered.died}

Not to mention
Growing with CFL's-HPS- A little and a hell of a lot of lights.
setting up grow spaces-venting-DIY hood,fans,lights- power usage
I have had to learn how to keep track of everything( growth-feeds-18/6-12/12 dates and such)..
post journals, pics and all that.. well lol all this..

I started with 2 clones a seed some dirt in my back yard and a IDEA.
Sitting and smoking on almost 200 grams(not great yet came out ok)
smoke and 4 grams of honey oil.
How many 1st time growers can say this and not even be done yet....
lol
Please don't get me wrong here.
I really appreciate anyone speaking up here with whatever you have to say.
I don't not get upset or whatever with anything that's been said.
I do listen to everything said and try to chew
on it to see what works for me.

It is my bad.. if that's the way my responses come across.
I simply say it the way it is & I live by
Say what you mean & mean what you say...
I guess that can come across as a dick to some...lol ops..
There are other journals to read so I'm not to worried about that right now.. smiles....
any way I need ta get back to it...

Thanks for given me a chance ta share Smokey,
Thank you for your time bro...:smokey::friends::kos:

those foam walls are interesting. are the flammable or inflammable?

They are flammable. thou I believe I read that they melt more than burn.
says they are Treated for bugs as well.
Home depot has a plain white wall for $6. Then a heavier wall with foil on one side for $11.
I would go with the foil walls. They are Light Prof and steadier.
These are way easy and fun to work with...
