wow, a little lively in here today.

This site is actually my way of dealing with the paranoia that goes along with smoking. They don't want me. That want that guy who grew 63lbs in his backyard and then collected a cool 1/4 mill for it. They don't want me...

A paper trail won't lead them to you, but I can be used against you to support a case though. People buy this kinda shit for fish tank lights, shop lights, all kind of lights. If that's the case, everyone who buys dirt or goes to Amsterdam on vacation is guilty.

That's a great price if you can really get it, but I think it's worth the extra 30 bucks to get something decent.

www.mhdydro.com they have their own brand ballasts for cheap like 129 for the ballast and socket, and a coolube with it for 60 bucks lamps were pretty cheap too.. and it's digital. THey have a good write up about it on their site and they have been making ballasts with good warranties for awhile now. I'd go with something like that over some generic.

Then again buying from some anonymous Chinese merchant is likely to have privacy advantages vs an American based company. I like mdhydro though I got some stuff from them and all went well.

I can understand a little bit of healthy paranoia, but one must remember that people DO garden indoors. People who buy these items from vendors aren't all buying them to grow massive amounts of ganja. In fact, I'm willing to bet that the percentage of those who ARE buying this equipment for marijuanical (that one's free) purposes are in the single digit percentages.

Leaving a paper trail is bad if you're also concurrently purchasing massive amounts of seeds from a seedbank with your credit card as well as buying ballasts, fans, hydro nutes, etc. Remove the seedbank purchase and you're pretty much growing tomatoes (which is why I come on this site anyway). :wink:
