Gardens are all tilled... A couple weeks wait for breakdown and we'll be ready for this season's breeding...

When should the ALF (black indy) go out so that its flowering is lined up with deep chunk's august-october flowering? Early July probably?

What kind of media are you using? Where's all the perlite?

Hello felllaz im still alive but im very very busy plus im having a very bad pest problem in the growroom.. spider mites back and red.. most of the plants are infected and suffering . Gonna have problems to pull a decent harvest this time. Some of the soil mix (Plagron bat mix) gave me problems this time and the plants that had deficiency issues got hardly attacked by the spiders and they are in even worst conditions. The Hawaiian is so bad that it could die before it starts pulling out pistils.

WAMEN...that is why I took the girls that were almost ready down.
Spider in the grow cupboard.
The Only reasonably efficient way to deal with them is to give them cold dank conditions..
I chucked the larger girls straight onto the patio and sprayed them with the hose from overhead every time I went upstairs.
You would be talking up to 10 times a day.

My real worry was the seedlings..couldn't see the mites..but could see the leaf marks.
So I removed the almost done girls from the tent..changed the auto water from twice a day to 4 times a day..overheads..to make sure they were as moist as poss..
and let you lot send the karma...

Seems to have worked...

What is the matter with your MG that you need tweaking
Your last years girls looked fine to me.

This time I added cow manure, dolomite lime, and some rocks in the pots for drainage. I also plan on using a bloom booster. Just planted yesterday guys. Il get pics as soon as there's something to show.

I am planting them in that mix. I am doing full season girls cause im still testing the water with this soil. Though I keep the lighting on 8/16 (not sure if thats good for the AFs). Seeing if I can keep them short and fat.

M8..keep your voice down..someone close has just said the same..and is questioning the time I spend with my babes...
I could get my leisure/pleasure time cut..

Luckily..I had..
an aphid attack..
a dried out girl..who had missed the auto-water..
spider mites
and another snail with a THC problem..
so I guess they missed me after all.



That was me little freaky-four-buds when I came home..
luckily it did no more damage than if I had cut her down before I left.

This is Rasputin...WR F5 IBL 100% AF..boney pheno.

She is in her "Dog" phase..
any minute now she is going to WOOF..

She is the centre of a Love Triangle...
On the one hand...
This is the frame/shape/pheno that I want for the Red Russian.
I selected her shape from the F4's..and she has come through true.
There is a matching male WR coming up to pollenation.
If I match her here..she will run fairly true..and will be a Strong back up for what I want for the Red.

On the other hand...there are some males just coming up to flower on the
AK-47 X JEM..that would certainly add something to the genetic mix..and a New 100% AF CROSS..

Its a bagseed that I grew out late last season. Its the same stuff I just started. Perhaps Ive rediscovered the Acapolco Gold that was around in the 70's (Back when $40 an ounce was highway robbery)

read through the thread and i gotta say your work with af-genes is hugely respected here in the northern latitudes where we just don't have the kind of summer it takes to grow basic strains outside.
