The red pistils on the non af may be just over ripe flowers .... This is the way the plants do it, grow flowers until they can't no more.... Maybe the plant is just programmed to not let them stay alive as long... Orrrr maybe you have a spicy male floating pollen around there...
The diamond shaped plant is basically just a giant bud growing from the earth... Nice plant!

We got our first rain in a while today... Just under a quarter inch.... Now its nothing but sun and warm for the next week and a half!
That quad with a hosereel on it.... I wonder what kind of a water tank it has.... That'd sure be fun for prank pulling....

It is made to connect up to the proper fire-hydrants on the roads.
The town is not large enough to have its own fire-station..
this is at the police/ambulance station..
but I am not sure if you get a proper fireman with it..
or just one of the local police until the fire-brigade arrives.
but I would love a play on it.
aye pipe..I always think growing standard AF's is like growing your favourite Main bud without the rest of the plant.

I am going to do an acid clean after harvest..that should sort them out.
I don't mind a bit of sharing with natures creatures..but these little buggers want the lions share.
You girls are looking superb m8..guess you will harvest enough to keep you and your lady in bud through this winter completely eh...

Couldnt make it last week due to a hurricane that didnt want to leave! Theres still two more out there too
Hope the power doesnt go out so my girls can finish up. Gave em a sugar water yesterday to begin the flush. Will be pullin them next week. I must say they smell great! Also I swear I see some purple caylxes on the short/squatty pheno. Or my eyes could be shot 
I love them so far cant wait to give them a try.

The girls are looking great and losing the lights at this stage would not cause too much bother..
I can see that they are on their way over from here.
They are allowing you to see the bud cluster properly for the first time..
means the large fans are on their way out.

Hey Mossy...I always feel like I get an education coming to this thread.Which is a wonderful thing.Your five week girls are impressive to say the least.Do you top them? What would their geurilla(untouched) height be? I'm imagining 6 plants per 18 gal totes in the swamp and four staggered harvests outdoors.I could give plants this size the very best of conditions outdoors.

Buddle..all the grow books etc are for long season girls..AF's are different.
I am having to write my Own Book and grow instructions ..
With a lotta help from my Friends...
Not topping..no training..no vegging..
You put them in the pot..and let them get on with it.
at 3-4 weeks you remove the males..
re-germ into the same pot...
repeat this and you will harvest every 4 weeks through your grow season.
So..if you could have the first set up to flower for the start of your outdoor season start..
and have your last ones up to sex for your season close..
and you have a harvest point every 4 weeks...
How many harvest points would you have in your season..
still just the 4 or more...?

As for the smell its defenitly not fruity...Imagine a hash flavored incense with a splash of skunk. Thats what they smell like (you can smell them as soon as you walk in.) As for the manure Il say 'shit yeah'

If I started them inside for a month and put them out mid May..I go until Nov 1-10th depending on the yr..I'm thinking five..my brain is failing me at the moment though cuz I hear helicopters....just a flyover..whe..hate this time of year..LOve it and hate it..lol.

if you are very Lucky and it tastes like incense when you smoke it..you could be in for a mind racing..happy making..3 hour high that comes at you in WAVES. Fingers crossed.
Buddle..if you just played with them the first season and got used to them..
I think you could pull between 15-20 ounces dry out of that pot in the next season.
If you used the old Coo Poo as recommended by Uncle Meaty..you could even get more weight than me.
And...they can complete the grow below a standard patio table...handy for the eye-in-the-sky

Well..it has just clicked..where I have seen Ugly Bettys buds before.
On my first season I had pure Afghans from Nirvana.
One looked Normal..standard..what I would expect..
tapered buds..little pointy ears..
The other one..me Beast..looked like this..
Now That is Ugly Bettys buds.
