In the 70s Lynard Skynard released an album called street survivors.

While touring for that album they suffered a deadly plane wreck and killed three of the members. They were burned to death in the fire.

In the album cover the three that didn't survive are covered in flames. The album printing was stopped and changed out of respect for the families.
