I have a True Original AK (came to me as a clone from a friend in CA)
It has developed into a great Mother and has provided me with over 25 clones so far.

Have 20 2 weeks into flower stage!

I will make 2 new Mothers as I will keep this strain going!!

Having started to grow SS AK47s a couple of months ago i´m a big fan by now
Great looking sativas that strech quite a lot. Great yields of 1st grade weed
Thick resin production and nice citrus and pine smell.
I´ve kept 2 different phenos, a taller and slower another one a bit shorter but fast flowering

i grew ak last year and i must say i was impressed with the rapid growth.
i found the smoke to be spicey/sweet with a perfumey after taste lingering in the mouth.
super sticky buds glistening with trichomes, dense but not overlly firm.
i definatley had the sativa phenotype, the buzz came on fast and it was strong and uplifting.
allround great strain.

Ak has been changed a few times so there is accualy more then a few differn't AK phenos out there. Basicaly there is the older sativa stretchy pheno which just destroyes anyone. The you have to sit down type of stone. Then there is a couple indica phenos, the cherry pheno being the best of the indica phenos. Only differance is sativa pheno stretches a foot or two more.

All produce well. All are easy to grow. All very powerful herb. All are very good vegers and easy to clone. I personaly got tired of the kind of high it gives you, it isn't a fun relaxing ride it's like crashing into a wall(atleast the sativa pheno). It's good to have some to put your friends down.

I like Ak47 as it is a very stable strain and there are few if any surprises when you grow her.

She is great for breeding and I would highly recommend the AK for that.

I just picked up some AK48, so I'm looking forward to my future grows

AK47 is one of a handful of strains I am considering buying in the near future.. I smoked some White Russian that a friend got from a Cali Dispensary and I really liked the buzz. How is the smell of either AK or WR? Are they stinkers or just moderate in smell?

I ran 7 serious ak females form seed. Bag appeal is 110%, smell and flavor are just OK. If you are looking for flavor and smell AK is not for you. I had a wide range of phenos, my keeper pheno I am told taste like opium, probably because of the hash like glaze of trichs on it. She is a light feeder, 1.5.-1.6 EC is great for peak flower. She is not as stretchy as I thought she would be, a true medium sized plant. The high is good but could get old like some have stated.

Here is my keeper pheno at day 46 flower, I took a small sample I ran her to 60 days but will go longer in the future.
