AK-47 cherry pheno?...

I grew out a pack and was rewarded with the so called cherry. It almost smelled like cherries to me, but my wife swore by it. I found it depends on how long to let her go. It was an ok yielder, east to grow, but I had a problem cloning her. Just took longer then most was all from a reveg. I kept the mom for 5 grows, grown sog and all my friends loved it. Very stoney.

You say the cherry pheno turns purple. Is that pretty distinctive of the cherry pheno? Because if it is I've got a very nice pheno of AK47 that gets purple hues to it late in flowering. It's only my first pack of AK 47. It smells very fruity-pebbleish and taste amazing. The high is bit of knock out stoney high, but I love it. I don't think I'll ever get rid of it. I love it.

i've got a white russian going from serious seeds that puts out pistils in 18/6 and she's got some cherry aromas there, this is my firts go with this so can't yet tell anything about the smell in flowering. very bushy structure and has got that hybrid vigour. expecting some killer smoke with cherry taste/smell!

what's up with the cherry slyder, people. That is the same cross as AK with the parents reversed, correct? There's not mistaking the cherry funk in the slyder it's like those luden's cough drops!! In a vape it's like whoa!!

I got a cut of the Cherry AK-47 awhile ago and from what I remember, it yielded pretty crazy, I pulled 3.5 zips out of a SCROGed 5 gal in soil under a 250w, vegged for 45 days. That was with a 1.5 zip OG Kush in another 5 gal next to it.
I could definitely taste the cherry flavor during the exhale, kind of like a GDP would give you that sweet candy flavor.
It seemed to take nutes pretty well, and grew very quickly. I flowered for about 60-65 days, and it was a nice everyday smoke. But potency wasn't enough compared to the OG I ran. I have pictures, but apparently I cant upload.

My AK47 clone is dense, hard nugs that taste slightly hashy and will wreck your life!! Or so it seems if you smoke her. Some of the better marijuana I have in clone form.
Never smoked the cherry pheno, wasnt aware there was such a thing but AK47 is some serious stuff.

From what the medi-club who sold me the cut told me, it's a phenotype of Serious Seeds' AK-47. They also had a "Mango" cut of the same strain.
I also recall a fellow patient saying he pulled in 3 elbows under a 600w in Hydro with the Cherry cut.

all i have to say is ...clone the clone ,keep a mum,and setup a huge SOG..massive yields m8 ..give it 60-70 days to finish up,and enjoy the taste..

3 lbs 'under' a 600 is total rubbish. 3 lbs 'around' a 600 makes more sense. I just netted nearly 3 pounds from 'under' two 600s, with SSH and there was no more room for anything it was just buds.

I wish I had more details. It was just another patient I met at a socal medi club and he told me that's what he yielded under his setup.
The only reason I believed it was from the impressive yields I've seen with Hydro.
But it has definitely been the biggest yielder in my stable.

Usually a gram per watt is as much as anyone can hope for, most people less, a few slightly more.
Although the three little birds were claming insane yields from organic like 2-4 grams per watts.
Hard to say, I hope I can up mine to 1 gpw, then I would be a happy camper
