I was gonna bring sum to down just before the flight (i aint been on a commercial flight since b4 1911)

will they detect brownies on the check in?...if so will they care?

if you're traveling around christmas in the insanity you should have a much easier time getting them through than normal

as far as dogs or whatever detecting them i'm not quite sure, but i would assume they would be able to and if they alerted on them the security would probably jump on the chance to get somebody caught up.

however, i'd suggest making something else instead of brownies just to be safe... brownies are too stereotypical imo, cookies or something else would be better

Yeah I would say make some christmas style cookies if you are traveling around that period of time. Buy a tin of actual cookies and just replace them with your own pot cookies, probably more believable than bringing brownies with you.

i think that you will be fine. they ain't that smart and they are not looking that hard for your THC. just go about your business like it ain't no thing and it won't be no thing. i would seal them up well (vacuum sealer) and put in some sort of container and then pack in your luggage. no one will ever see it and if they did they would not give it a second look unless it totally reeks of hash or buds.

NOKUY I snuck a 20 bag on a plane a couple months back..Bush International.. I took the earliest flight. They wont detect a thing unless theres dogs around(which I don't see very often atm)

Even if your searched.. if theres no dogs .. you could have a O in your underpants long as it didn't smell

Bomb sniffing dogs sniff for bombs only, being as nuggets cannot bring a flight down I wouldn't worry much about being sniffed out. Drug K9s are generally used to sniff baggage coming from 'suspect' locales and mostly used in freight areas in the airport looking for bigger shipments. It is the job of customs agents to assess on a person to person basis for luggage inspections, & there are too many domestic flights to bother checking w/ dogs. The last three flights I've been on I've packed pot brownies or pot cookies with a bag lunch in my carry on, after all airlines serve no meals.


BTW: I use a Hasbro (used to be Kenner) 'Easy Bake Oven' to make brownies & cookies in, they cook at low temps & NEVER effect the kiefs potency. We all know that THC starts to degrade @ 275F and vaporizes @ 350F. Why cook off your buzz in advance of ingestion? Every brownie recipe I know is cooked at 375F. The EBO is about $30 & you can find a huge variety of mixes online & on eBay.......

i remember one time i bought some food on my way to the airport one time and brought it in with me, and when i got to security i just handed the bag to the security guard, walked through the metal detector, and he handed me my food on the other side. didn't look in it or pass it through the detector or anything. there coulda been a bunch of pot in that bag, or even a gun or a bomb

do you not know how to read i said he didn't pass it through the metal detector or look inside the bag or anything. i handed it to him and walked through, and he handed it to me when i got to the other side. he didn't put it on the conveyor belt thing that luggage goes through, he just held on to it til i got through the detector and then he handed it back to me

well i like to the better safe than sorry approach, maybe what you could do is buy a regular container of brownies and then swap them out with your own; go onto the flight with yoru brownies already open, that way atleast you looked like youve been snackin on them the entire time.

i would carry a smallcontainerof milk just for the look, but can you imagine it though?: "awe man its only like 6 ounces and im almost done!! you mean i still gotta toss it?!? cant i jsut put it through the scanner?!?!?awe man, then what am i gonna swig with my brownies? yeah yeah i know, i know i'll toss the milk, but i can eat my brownies right?" lmao

Airport security is looking for bombs, not drugs. Any drugs they find are by chance and because the people are stupid. I carry joints/edibles with me everytime I fly. The last time I just packed a bunch of firecrackers in a plastic bag in my suitcase. You have no worries Yukon.

In the past year I have flown 4 times and each time I have carried on Cannabis edibles. Do not worry, just do it. In fact if you need any reassurance I can tell you that about 6 years ago I donated 3 grams to a friend who was making a batch of brownies. I was not there when he made them but come to find out he matched my 3 and added in a load of kief he had collected...needless to say they were VERY strong. He made them...gave me a ride to the airport. Without asking any questions I open the container and proceed to eat half of the batch of brownies.

right when I finish he looks over and sees how much I have just consumed and shouts out"SHIT!! you just ate all of that?!!"...yeah why?...shit, man I just ate a bite the other night and I couldn't fall asleep untill 5 AM because I was tripping so hard!...*converstaion ends at the curb of the airport.

The next 2 hours of my life remind me of Fear and Loathing in LAs Vegas...only I was in the international terminal of LAX with security eyeballing my every move...it was not fun. Add to that I had 3 chocolate MJ bars in my carry on...not the smartest day of my life, but I'm laughing about it today.

Go for it, just don't eat the brownies like I did.

I'll also back what everyone says about dogs trained for bombs instead of weed. I've smuggled a few grams through 3 airports going to SE Asia. I probably could've gotten away with taping it under my balls, but I chose to be, uh, extra anal about it....

Anyway, if the flight's within the states, you can pretty much have a bag in your pocket and walk through everything like it's nothing, if you can manage to contain the smell. It's with foreign countries that they search harder, and even then it's not that much harder. And try to look "normal." You don't necessarily have to limit yourself to brownies, but you're the one risking his ass, so good luck on whatever you try to bring.

Oh, and you can bring food, but not liquids. You'll have to ask the flight attendants for drinks. And if you choose the anus route, double bag with ballons and tie the ends with thin thread. Sorry everyone, not trying to be sick, but someone has to bring it up
