Air Purifier? Fast Question

I was wondering if I could plug in an air purifier and set it in my grow box to control the smell of 2 ~ 5 plants.

I was also considering a carbon filter but I have no clue not to install it and afraid I would screw something up. Money is no issue but building stuff is.

So would an air purifier work to control the smell?

The serious industrial air purifier is an ozone generator.

Very cool, but you don't want to spend too much time breathing the air with ozone ... it's extremely reactive, like an acid or alkali.

Used at sewage plants to knock smell molecules out of the air.
