afraid my box will burst ..

well, started flowering those nice 5 Plants in my 60x60 growbox,

started 12/12 2 weeks ago,.



would it make sense to defoliate now, or should i rather

forget about the idea ?



any advice welcome :huggg:Nuak

You will get lots of different answers about defoliation. Opinions vary.


I grow in boxes, never defoliate (except for removing the odd leaf if it's shading a bud site or dying off) , and get great yields.
To me it looks like a good canopy... gaps don't make buds !
you need good ventilation and extraction.
Check some of the links in my sig for pics of 'bursting boxes' ... never caused me a mould or rot problem.

i wont defoliate now completley, porbably remove some bigger
leafs shadowing bud sites as you recommended. Yes canopy looks so far good and

gonna upgrade the ventilation by another Arctic Fan.

it looks like everything in there has plenty of space so no need to defoliate. i'm on the side of those who think defoliation is for necessity only - usually when your humidity is staying too high and/or not enough air movement.
