12 plants in cali with a dr. rec will not result in anything...especially if only 1 was in flower. you are good to go...i just would not run any large ops at that address or in any residence under his name in the future.

They have to come into your residence.
They don't find the bad guy or the particular crime.
They can't just start grabbing for anything they see as a violation.
Someone I knew had the police called on them for a "dead body" in their house.
Someone had made a fucked up prank call on them.
The police come.
They have coke, weed, plants growing.
Cops come in with cadaver dog, find no body, see lots of coke, weed, plants growing.
Cops can't do shit about anything but what they were called for, dead body.
