From the info page on ace seeds, they recommend clones rooted for at least 7 days before flowering...i think she can get big.. she stretch more than normal?

My Malawi is at 91 days from bean & it is 48" now - the end of the 9th week of 12/12. I didn't top & it has a natural central cola with a number of fat sub colas. I would say it has another week or two until finish. Trichs are still mainly clear.

The largest stretchiest Malawi turned out to be a lady.... it could be that she was furthest from the light and stretched due to low light....

I figured you might ask . . . :D

Here is one of the secondary colas. Nice & plump. I will try to get a full plant picture for you later today. Overall, it seems very sensitive to nutes. I hit it with some PK for a week a while back & the leaf tip browning started. But the buds responded & grew very nicely.

Beautiful Malawi tobedetermined :)
Looks like the cola in your pic and lowers will be ready in approx 2 weeks, but the main cola is still strongly reflowering!
Did you place the cola to close to the lamp ?

Thanks for sharing pics of her!

Hi TheForgotten,

Glad you have had a good female ratio with your Malawi regular pack :)
Unless you want the males to produce seeds, we usually recommend feminized seeds for such small indoor grows, it makes the grower's job much easier.

About 7 inches @ 28 days.

You know your plant, Dubi . . . :tiphat:

Yes, it shares the tent with a Dr. Grinspoon that has gone wild, so I have had to play with my lights to stay ahead of it. The Malawi is much better behaved. I should know by now that I shouldn’t mix strains when growing in a confined space. Different grow rates & size really buggers up the light control.
