AC box with a 6" vortex.

I hear that constriction thing but was saying 1 intake and 2 exhausts. Don't know what the budget available is. Important thing is just to match up the fans properly to maintain positive pressure in those hoods regardless of airflow. Even if you tear some fans out it's always nice to have backups.

He'll figure out what's best for his situation.

I am fine with the flower room. Temps are fine, tend to creep up towards the end of 12/12 but its OK.

I dont have any plans to touch the ventillation in the room. I know its not optimal and it was designed before I read all the threads here. It was also built on a budget, and thats why the last set isnt even cooled. I didnt have the money for another fan.

But I am trying to find another location. I do not plan on keeping this here long term so I am not going to sink a ton of money into modifying it. The way the room is sorrounded by the foundation, it would require alot of ducting and work to make it right. If I can make it through August, I'll be OK.

I stumbled across a place the other day. I am trying to find out about it. It would be a perfect place and I am trying to find out about it.

All I really wanted to do was keep the garage from getting 100+. Maybe I will put a mister in there and just use it as a sauna

This set-up will work. I think it will work without the box fan as well. It provides you mucho area and will not constrict the flow.
Build the duct from the insulation board you used for the ac box and it will keep your garage cool. Although the air will remain almost as hot at the exit as it is at the AC coils. This means that if you blow out low on the door, any snow outside will get melted and will be a visible thing. Might consider going out up high on the door.

Bear in mind that you have no oder control. Also the grill you use should not hamper the flow too much. Use as large as you can get into the door.

Well...good luck on the new grow space and hopefully you've learned a few more things with all us babbling in your thread. I don't know that it would take major renovation but there's definitely some things you could do to improve the situation. A part of every grow should immediately get reinvested into the setup if in the 'business'. It really takes a year going through all 4 seasons to work all the bugs out...budget permitting. Open systems are harder to dial in properly though.
