After all this Covid-hoopla not really allowing travelling... been out of the cycle for a very long time. Have they lifted the restrictions on Coffeeshops or has something changed for tourists compared to pre-Covid days?

My assumption is that nothing has changed and only standard Covid precautions, such as social distancing practices and masks, are in place. However I've been reading all sorts of news such as total, temporary shutdowns...
no restrictions, everything is open and it is as normal as it can be, here in amsterdam
