Total -That sounds bout right, a 130cfm for a 250 I have a 93cfm drawing the heat off of a 150hps at another place. Seems to be keeping it in good shape.
I think I was advised to get the bigger fan because I am wanting to cool & scrub the air in my box.
Don't take it form me though bro, I am to new at this game. Just wanted to chime in what I just did yesterday. Check out the websites for the filters. Some are pretty helpfull.

One guy used a 90cfm 4'' duct booster an had no problem.
I found that fan on ebay ($15) and I think I'll make the order.
