Hell Hound = Odessa IX1 X OG Jam and OG Jam X Odessa IX1 (crossed in both directions)

but....I used blended pollen..so some will actually be Odessa or OG Jam incrosses.....the fun of it all. There are ways to see the "true" Hell Hounds though and as I slip it down the generations..it all will get mashed...as I see it. Blended pollen...the catcher in the rye

Odessa = Casey Jones X Cindy Jones

Cindy Jones = Casey Jones X C99BX (the C99 came from H3ad's BX)

OG Jam = SFV OG x Ghost OG X Ghost OG (made by CBF)

* I salute Rezdog for making Chem DD.....my gosh...how can you really go wrong? You can't. I'm into the F3 generation now..and have done many outcrosses...but so far...Mox Mox is the craziest. Made the beans 4yrs ago...just now getting a grip on what I've done

OK, I thought it had a Casey component to it.

um, well speaking on the genotype... Hell Mox should be pretty badass... DJ + H3ad + Rez + CBF = can't lose!

That's it...exactly how I see it. 4 of my very favorite breeders/personalities....the odds of making a bunch of junk..is minimal/zero. It's a good move imo...and really...my favorites are right in there...easy to access.

Waiting for the Sun...

Waiting for the Sun...

...to drop...so I can enjoy the bats..as I water. Tons of bats this year..flying at my level...picking off insects over the garden beds...I know it...I've gone far...and away...batty. It's so intense standing amongst them.."shit all over my gardens...friends...shit and eat those bugs...ha"

Back onto the 13th Step (aperfectcircle)...as I hear it..gardening soundtrack. Really a very excellent album...just works for me

I've been showing all those ChunkyGunkyFunky Mox Mox flowers...the sticky stones...but here..I'll change it up

^ Those are Queen Mox flowers...and as you can see..they are less robust...more narrow flowers...which liked to grow...straight up and down..on non flimsy branches. Sticks of tight-well spaced-clusters..

..and they grew in abundance. Yielded well...with the perfect branch structure...and I can say:

I've been vaping the flowers from post #3032...all day..and even now...very much like Deliah (her mama)...the taste..the powerheaded high..the flower structure even. Deliah didn't yield like this plant though...she was also flimsy. I do think there is a splash of Flo here..as the high is powerful but has an aspect of calm/mellowness..yet I've had moments where..."maybe I need to get off this shit"...after some majorly retarded attempt at trying to multi task ordinary life happenings...like talking to a new neighbor...or whatever..trying to make credible decisions about what tea I want to drink,,,that's the other side of the high. I enjoy it..as a...roller coaster...

...it's all about that great flavor...twinges of chalky fuel garlic funk...and it's all about the 1st rate high...like Deliah has come home...all grown up now.

Bats, bats, bats......contemporary cannabis growers have prolly forgotten how special they are......and what an excellent command of the English language they have.

I thought a man made bat cave would be a good accessory for the ganja farmer, that way to support some bats plus harvest guano without the negative ecological impacts caused by harvesting natural deposits... but I know nothing of caring for bats, that's just my gears turning :D

Every night the bats come around me.....every night a big toad comes out of its day hole to hang out by the hot house....and on my last run...a raven followed me down the trail. I stopped because it was working up to shrill (hovering overhead)...then it landed in a dead oak tree..making a noise in its throat..that sounded like..the bottoms of my trail shoes gritting in the decomposing granite...so

I moved my feet to make sounds...and the bird would mimic the sound every time I did it. crazy bird and a stoned out runner...making music

* these bats though...I can get a bunch of them buzzing my head..can feel them wisp my space...and can manipulate them in...with erratic arm waves...but as there are...so many insects over the gardens...it's really not necessary to draw them in...they are everywhere

Trippy raven. I read an account of how those things have been known to start calling around large juicy living morsels in hopes of attracting a larger predator that would transform those living walking meat units into a meal. Sounds like that bird was talking to you and not the mountain lions though.

Yeah dude...nothing wrong with the Hell Hound cross...many fine things to find in there.

* Don't want to get boring or anything...but I'll pretty much be working Hell Hound and Mox Mox until I'm satisfied that I've gotten what I wanted....consistently. It's all there though...the pool is available..and wide open.

** I'm in a struggle right now...Dcong F4s....holy shit..I have a couple girls that are going to overgrow my flower studio. For sure...have a Congo dominant...that is massive and hard to control

Dcong....wow...I've heard and seen pix...but seriously...Deep Congo ain't no joke

3 flowering....and one might be..flowering a long time...and beat me down. She'll be the biggest indoor plant I've ever grown. If I can manage her..it will be a miracle of sorts

Before I seriously dog into the day...

Before I seriously dog into the day...

A look at the 2 Hell Hound IX1S1 (selfed beans from the last IX1 run)...that are vegging longer...to bigger sizes..and for clones to take

^ My feeling is that the girl on the left should express as an Odessa "vine"...and the girl on the right should express as an OG Jam dominant...but as I mixed the beans together for the run...kind of difficult to know (for sure) until..they flower. I did use only the selfed beans from my favorite "vine"...and favorite "kush" expressions...so my odds have been made better..my prediction...not so abstract

Dcong F4s....these girls were put in flower 23 May as topped and well vegged plants. Both look like they will get massive (for reference...in the background...that's a 100 can filter)...and they look like they'll be different expressions

^This one is faster...already showing buds...probably a mixed expression..maybe...not dominated one way or the other...but again..I have no true idea....never worked Dcong before

^ this one...I'm convinced is Congo dominant. I've had to supercrop her tops into the light footprint...and she's barely starting to put out buds. At least 90 days on this one...stretches like a sativa hypersonic....branches everywhere...jungle growth...in for a serious experience...right through the battles of summer

* I fucked up and lost the clones from these two plants. I didn't clone the other girl I'm flowering...because she was slow..and looks like a Deep Chunk expression (not interested in Deep Chunk too much....but blends I dig)

.....anyway...had some hot days..and neglected my fresh rooted clones (also lost my Hell Hound IX1S1 clones..so cloning those again...took clones off the Dcongs again in early flower...but couldn't get them to root....so I'm kind of fucked here...and it looks like a one time run..unless they are ultra special...then I may do a reveg...or maybe I'll just go clone some bottom branches in the morning...try again...either way..they'll have to revert)

* Still have some Dcong green beans...so all is not hopeless....plus Dcong outcrosses (LG's work)

*** I would love to throw some pollen on these 2 girls..and may have viable Mox Mox pollen..but shit man...I can't move them now...they are trees

Those DCongs look like they have an agenda....or a vendetta. Dios mio, man. Real interested in hearing about those. Impeccable taste per usual.

Has the vaping taken your trail running to the next level?

Well...it sure isn't hurting me. I vaped 3 bowls of Queen Mox before my run today. Ran decent...hit trails and a SDG&E power line (power line 2 tracks...are usually steeper and looser..mostly washes filled with all sized rock)....did some off trail work..lungs feel clean..legs are tired though

I'm attempting to run every day for the next 2.5 weeks (while the wife is in Switzerland..left yesterday)...kind of testing myself...and testing the Altra Lone Peak 1.5 shoes...

Vaporizing (like smoking) herb motivates me to run...and kicks in well with liquids and endorphins after the runs...like now...I'm sipping tea...and totally feel zoned out...relaxed..and at peace

You know it dude. I'm in for a serious ride. They didn't look all that deadly going in...but man that "congo leaner"...is headed out and for the roof...big old bush. I can only imagine what one would do in an outdoor hole

Talk to the animals at work all the time. Esp. the birds, they just like conversation. The hawks , in particular, can be called in to give a closer look.

Last year there were 3 fawns whose mother (1 mom was hit by a car, the fawn latched onto the 2-fawn family) left them under a tree for the day, everyday. Id call to them and toss them early apples. Mom would let me get quite close to them.

Have had similar experience with bats, but on the water at night. Even better than that, saw-whet owls. They watch from the trees until its pitch-black and swoop so close that you can feel the air displacement from their passing. They can be called in too.

Love the owls. There is no shortage of those around...they can make some insane noises...especially in the dead of night. Often have them talking to each other..outside our bedroom window
