Hi Zanddar I was wondering if you started them directly to 12/12 or did you veg them before switching.
Nice work by the way, all the best for this grow.
Max.
Nice grow so far. I agree, keep the genetics going, my friend.
I just harvested some Ace Malawi this week and it's drying as I post. I am very much looking forward to tasting it after a nice cure. My wife says it smells like honey, but it's still very damp.
I have them all sexed now me think.
I have 22 females,but only a few showing hairs.
I repotted them all and will take pics of the females later.
Today I will show you the 4 males I saved for breeding.
I discarded the taller thinner males for these shorter males.
I like the leaf on these and think this is similar to Malawi mom.
looking really nice. My malawi gold went into flower about a week ago, showing she is a lady so I took about 6 clones off her. Can't wait to see her bud
Beatiful family as usual Zanddar hopefully you will find your desired keepers between your 22 females, that's quite enough to choose from! The males look healthy and strong, great branching and thick stems, expecting great yields from their progeny, the malawi females take a bit to start deep flower, after 3-4 weeks of 12/12 they start to form the budsites.
Here is my chosen boy - his stems are sticky with resin, quite a dark smell gas/hash with herby background. There were two others but they were branchy types, little resin and no special smells.
I hope to incross to all of my 3 Malawi girls, also MextizaxMalawi DurbanxMalawi
