They are looking good and quite advanced for your latitude @Michaeldivecenzio especially first plant in your bud pics. What is the weather like there in October to early November, and how cold can it get?
Thank you!

There’s going to be good weather the next 2 weeks Above 15 degrees during the day but the nights will be dropping to 10 ish. It can get pretty cold though this morning was 4 degrees. I’ll update pictures today

Three Malawi ladies joining the party. These are fems. There’s also one Zamaldelica fem in the photo off to the side. One of the malawi is really vigorous.

A couple of them were a bit sensitive to my seedling soil I think. A bit of leaf distortion when I potted them up from the jiffy plug.

My seedling mix is one part worm castings, one part perlite, one part peat/rice hull mix and one part regular used living soil. Maybe next time I’ll cut the worm castings and regular soil amounts in half. They are happy now and so am I.

Hello everyone, I present my little Malawi germinated on July 15. I kept it in a small pot for two months due to lack of space, very discreet in smell and very resinous.

Okay, tell me more. It looks just incredible, the perfect stature for indoor.
Congrats! (y)
How small were the pots and which substrate?
And how long are they into flowering?
I germinated it on July 15 in a 1 liter pot, I left it for 2 months in this pot, then I transplanted it into a 25 liter pot, I usually use a universal substrate of 70% compound, 25% worm castings and 5% perlite, I also use volcanic stone as drainage is the first time I grow pure Malawi

Glad to see you joining us on the Malawi wagon @Greencedar :) Don’t worry, keep watering with almost 0 EC until the seedlings correct the leaf curling. They should be fine once they grow and start taking in a bit more nutrients.

Happy to see around @El Quijote with some ACE plants this outdoor season as well :D

She looks dangerous with that big missile shape, hehe. She’s barely halfway through flowering and already showing those killer resins! She may need about another month to finish flowering. The delay was caused by sowing late in the season.

Made some flower rosin off my faster flowering ace Malawi, I like rosin fresh off the drying line. Very good yield and I left it real flat so it cured up real nice over night it's like a peanut butter consistency vs sticky wax yesterday.

Then today
IMG_20241027_131259239.jpg

Very potent already, I'm surprised you don't see this strain in any dispensary here in OKC, because it's better than what they're selling yield and quality, worth a couple extra weeks of flowering imo.

Those buds look golden and killer @FeelHaze :) ehehehhe glad to know you are experiencing Malawi's power with the improvement and increase of potency through the curing, it gets even more potent after 3-6 months of curing, enjoy! 🔥

I smoked some this weekend with a bunch of friends. We are more than 5 months into curing and it is still getting better. People can't beleive how potent it is. It's already a legend in my circle of friends. Thanks again for this one 😉

Hello all! Hello @dubi
I'm starting now a grow with ACE gear :)
Malawi / Malawi x Panama / Killer A5 Haze :)
I will start a GrowDiary soon. My questions about Malawi are....
What is the biggest difference between OLD MALAWI KILLER &
NEW MALAWI KILLER?
Was/is the OLD version a "better" one?
Is it still possible to find an OLD KILLER MALAWI pheno also in the new batches? Are the seeds 2024 comparable to the first Malawi releases?

Best Regards!
