Notice many scandinavians on this thread. I'm from U.S. but on border state with Canada. We get winters too but maybe not as severe as Scandinavia. I like working on my plants during the winter, all that green and bright light. Light is supposed to help with those winter blues. Do you guys think it helps your spirits during dead winter to be exposed to such bright light? I think it does. Maybe something to think about next winter. Happy growing.

I thought about that this winter.. In finland too the winter is very dark. Some darker weeks could be like 3-4 days without any sunshine. All the animals are sleeping or hiding for the winter. Trees are nothing but sticks 7 months a year.. And if there is no snow on the ground, it's damn dark!
U can still tell night from day from the frown on ppls face when they bust out their homes and travel to the shitty jobs they got :)

Anyways..
I dono if the HPS light helps humans that much, but damn the plants brighten up my dat :D
So i dont really know :) Not light therapy, but light-related therapy :)

Weed is great! :woohoo:

Swedes, Finns, Norwegians, Danes, and even a Pole, very nordic in here. Get some mjöd and wild boar on the table. I asked Gypsy for a Scandinavian forum a little bit more than a month ago, he said great idea, but more pressing things probably turned up. It's about time that the Scandinavian grow threads got their own place. I left Sweden 12 years ago and sometimes feel homesick, but the weed is simply better at southern latitudes. I grow a bit outdoors but mostly indoors nowadays. Here's a pic from my personal grow, a group of Sour Diesel ladies sunbathing under a 600w in NFT. They're about 1.5m tall and very sativaish, they refuse to stop growing even though they're on the fourth week in flower. I was going to SCROG these next grow but now I have my doubts...

Oh, its nothing special, its just a 50/50 mix of soil and peatmoss with Leca's on top to keep the moisture in. Did'nt have the $ to buy perlite and stuff.
It seems like it's going well anyway though. :D

I thought i'd post a little update here folks!

First some clones! The first is pic taken on the 17th, the second some week later and the last one i took today. They are growing like weeds, hehe.
(it's the same clones in all the pics.)

Next, an overview of my current setup!
Kinda like a peepshow.. :D

And some LR pics!
First pic is taken about a week ago. Its strange though, the first and most out of focus pic of them, is the one where you can see the trics most clearly.
The other 2 pics were taken today also.

Groupshot, i took them out to replant the bigger ones, so i took a shot of it. Not all plants are visible though.

Comments are wellcome!

Thanks guys!

Im happy with it so far, since a few days back they are showing signs of Mg def though, so ive replanted them into bigger pots, and they will get a nice portion of nutrients right after they are set for bloom to boost.

Fjällhöga; Yeah, i kinda came to that conclusion, hehe. How's life in Austria? Ive got some friends there since a few years back. Seems like a good country to live in.

Anyways, thanks alot my friends!

Heres some new pics.
First, 6 FM x WydN. (Fullmoon x Who's your daddy Neville) WydN is a Nevilles haze cross, with an unknown father. It could be SSH, NH or some other Haze i cant remember the name of. These, along with 12 NL & 12 PP clones are going outdoors in a couple of weeks, just as soon as they have a couple of good feet to stand on.

Second & third. One of my LR buds, and a closeup of that same bud.
They are just about ready for harvest, maybe a week more or so. The lack of hairs is a result of pollination, they have got some new pistills since the photo was taken.
