Trump and Clinton have said they don't support legalization but won't stand in the way if states legalize it. This will be the first election in my lifetime where both candidates support the rights of states to legalize it. They're both politicians, of course. Their words might not mean much.

Bernie Sanders and Gary Johnson both fully support legal weed. I'm voting for Johnson, but I don't think either of them have much of a chance. It looks like it will be Trump or Clinton.
