I have to agree with you on the purple JAY, after seeing unregistered pk he posted pic of has got me excited too..yea the damn PO just dosent seem to care about us recieving our kuts in a timely matter, the bitch of it is, that 3 day delivery was payed for but not recieved.....

Okay friends time for a little update before I head out on the road again This grow has been a struggle to get going for sure but I think were finally going but not without some last minute line up changes, I've pulled the SFV from this grow, they have had a rough start and are just too far behind the others to do them any justice IMO, so there back in the clone cab under flos and will run them next grow in buckets.
Anyway this is the line up..

2 Bubbas
2 Purple
2 PKxSD
1 Sour deez
1 Cherry AK47

Thats 1 plant per sq ft so with a nice vegg they all should do very nicely under 100 wpsf.
The kush's are in the big cag under 2, 250mh 18/6 and about 800ppm nutes flooded every 4 hours for 15 minutes and responding great..

and still in the clone cab in beer cups under 40 watts of flos is the SD and AK 47, these have been topped 3 times and I will put them in the big cab when the kushes catch up in size, If I put them in now they would explode and bury the kushes

Thanks my friends, i'm a bit bummed about not running the OGK but like I said theres always next grow. hopefully these 3 kush strains will live up to the dankness of all the hype... keep an eye on that SD and cherry AK, both those are going to be killer....

Thanks for the encuragement S2D, I'm having enough issues trying to get this grow on the right track being gone so much away from the grow, not having to worry about a under performing strain just makes life easier and allows me to consentrate on the others.
Like you said, it just allows for the build up of the big climax, by the time the next grow rolls around i'll have some nicely vegged OGK ready to drop into some buckets and flip the lights.....

I had an account with ICMAG forever but for some reason i could never post, I had to be able to when i saw you where down on your grow. I hope you get your clones running and the best of luck to ya. You are my yoda when growing is concerned,and i think your grows are amazing. when i load icmag it goes to 70's Cab. I am trying to think of all the ?s i wanted to ask you that i couldnt but my mind is drawing a blank.

Hello puttputt welcome to potheads place and thanks for the great compliment.
Things are finally turning the corner I think, plants were looking a bit droopy when I got home this week, but I got to spend some time it the girls this weekend and discovered the water level was getting extremly high when the tray floods due to 3 hydroton balls stuck in the drain line causing what seems to be a over watering condition. I'm thinking they have been in there since the start, proof that this grow has been neglected. They have already perked up a bit so i'm expecting some good growth this week plus i'm only scheduled to be on the road 2 days so I can keep an eye on them better.

I also use a flood and drain 3x3, or well i just got it, this will be my second grow, i see that you use pots in your table, i want to use them also with the hydrotron and 4x4 rockwool. The pots i got are like 5.5"x5x5"x6". are these good size? Also i see that you dont use anything in the tray around the bottom of the pots, i suspect the roots grow out of the bottom of the pot? So what do you cover them up with. I was thinking about laying some hydrotron around the bottom of my pots in the tray to cover the roots up when the show.Is algae a big problem with the tray not being covered up,doesnt seem to be. Thanks man-Putt

Hello puttputt, I've never had any issues with roots growing out of the sq pots, IMO if they get what they want when they need it then the roots shouldn't go looking for food. as far as algae yea I get a bit early in vegg, once theres a good canopy its a none issue.

Okay friends how about some Purple kush complete with purple stems..







and as you can see from these next pics Bubba has no business growing in the same tray as the Purples..
